I work out everyday, the funny thing is before when I tried exercising I'd lose motivation in like a week. Now I decided to do this, depending on how many anime episodes I watch that day depends how much I'll work out afterward. And since I watch anime everyday I haven't lost motivation to work out.

I used to get a lot of activity, but college turned me sedentary.

Used to walk from my house to school every morning, then walk back in the afternoon. I always lugged all my books back and forth because I didn't trust the integrity of the lockers. That's about 2.5 hours of walking total to and from school every schoolday for 6-7 years. I'd have PE and sports at school every other day, I'd sometimes go to friends' houses for sparring practice if I had no homework, then walk back home from their homes after dinner. I played ping pong for a few hours after school sometimes before walking home, or I'd walk to my tutoring class and visit my elementary school teacher on the way there. On the weekends, I'd walk half an hour to my dojo, train, then walk back home, another half hour. Sometimes I played a few hours of basketball on sundays. If it was too hot, I'd go swimming until nighttime. In my free time, I went camping with my old church group, hunting with my dojo friends, or on the hiking trails at the park. I played handball one night every week with old friends for about an hour.

Now.....I trek uphill every night or every other night for about 40 minutes or so to walk the dog, I try to walk more during the day by parking further from my destination and stuff, I do pullups and pushups daily unless I think my muscles need to heal.

I feel so sluggish and weak now. Pretty significant difference from before lol

i also do 20 mins of chi gong every day and an hour+ of xing yi 3ish times a week. some times a little tai chi too but my tai chi sucks

Well, since I haven't exercise for about half a year, I started jogging about 5-6 days a week since the first week of June. I wake up like around 8:00 am, go out for a jog, 25 sit ups, 25 jumping jacks, 10 push ups, and well repeat these 5 days. Yeah I'm pretty much gaining weight so I want to exercise as much as I can.

So anyone here exercise every day/every other day/ three times a week etc.? I REALLY like to jog. I liked it in high school, but now it is especially awesome to do in college. The reason being college can stress me out at times and jogging really clears my head. Plus I like to stay somewhat healthy and fit. I honestly can't go too many days without jogging because I will feel like complete crap. I'm just addicted to it now I guess? lol so yeah.

yea i love working out
I use to do a lot of weight lifting but i injured myself and ended up with bicep tendinitis
did some physical therapy and now all my pain is gone although my shoulder still pope ( bicep tendinitis is where your bicep tendon connects to your shoulder for anyone who didnt know)
not i do a lot of endurance and toning
I usually jog for 20 minutes cause i love to run, and then i do the cardio rows on a row machine for 20 minutes, and then i work on my biceps and shoulders and abs for another 20-40 minutes after all the cardio
I havn't had the chance to go to the at&sports center at all this month.
went yesterday, forgot to stretch, was dehydrated
and my calfs cramped/ seized up, it was the most painful thing i ever had happen and i never had that happpen ever before even if i didn't stretch.
i had to walk it off and go home

Everyday. Our weight rooms up here at The Point are awesome, and everyone is pretty much athletic so it's not hard to just go out and find a person or people running and tag along with them.

Yes, I used to play soccer in high school and now I go to the cemetery and jog after work but if I skip a day or mess with my schedule a bit..I never feel gross physically, only mentally.
