No.
I should be. I'm not at a healthy weight and it is doing blech things to my health.
I do walk, but not every day. My eating habits are decent.

I don't exercise but I should. My mom always go to the gym after work with my aunt but I don't go. I just stay inside my house until I get lucky enough to get out with friends. Sadly, gyms bore me and make me angrier than it should. The only time I rather exercise is if it involves me going somewhere to buy something regardless of what it is. Sounds silly doesn't it.

I am also in college and feel the same way. I simply feel lethargic when I don't get up to go move or something. Plus, I am more prone to dosing off during class when I don't set aside me/working out time.

I frequently think about other people exercising as I sit at my desk reading a book.

I try to exercise everytime I'm watching TV. A good way to do it is just do jumping jacks, crunches, situps, pushups, tricep dips, and possibly dumbbell weights if you have them at home while watching anime.
Doesn't really affect anything, and you'll feel good with all the endorphins released after you exercise =)

The gym cured my hatred of Mondays. Now that I'm attending, Monday excites me because it's chest day, and Tuesdays are leg days which make stairs an extra challenge. When I'm benching or squatting I hear Goku's voice telling me to go further as I add more plates to ensure my muscles are thoroughly crippled for the proceeding two days. Cardio is an afterthought and a taboo after leg day, and if I felt particularly bold on leg day, the second day will leave me with a limp, making stairs virtually impossible. The pain from working my muscles is totally bearable though, just as long as I think of the gains.

Lifting weights, running, carrying litters with people in them in the mountains, rucking with a 60lbs bag and an M16, morning PT, ect ect
I exercise twice a day.
0530 in the morning (usually a 5 mile run)
Then around 1300-1400 I like to hit the gym while it's empty and smash some weights
Fitness is pretty much my life, now. I used to hate exercise (I was the kid who could eat 5 meals a day and struggle gaining a pound) but thanks to the military I thoroughly enjoy it.. Now, I'll wonder if I'll keep this up in college.

I don't like the time consumption of jogging (and I find it boring) so I instead choose High Intensity Interval Training... just 4-5 sets of 30 second sprints with 30-60 seconds of jogging between them seems to take care of my cardio just fine. It also continues to burn energy for upto 48hrs afterward (look it up). Probably not the best thing if training for long runs but it is perfect to train for short explosive bursts.

No, I'm not in the military anymore. Not planning on getting laid, neither.
