It works fine on Firefox, but still won't work on Chrome. I'm not really sure why Chrome won't play any of the videos on Crunchyroll.

Just throwin' this out there, but is there any way that you think that maybe your Chrome browser needs to be updated? I'm using Chrome, and I just had an update last week, and my videos are playing just fine...or maybe you need a flash player update, or something, although if it works on Firefox, then maybe not. ._.

For what it is worth, I was using Chrome earlier today to view Crunchyroll, and didn't have any problems. (I normally use Firefox, but I was testing out casting CR running in Chrome to my Chromecast device).

My version (for Windows) is 28.0.1500.72 m, and shows as up to date, so if you have an older version, you may want to try an update first.

If that doesn't work, you may want to try with your extensions disabled, and if that resolves the problem, re-enable one at a time until you find the culprit.

It might have been something wonky going on with the cache in Chrome, or even with the temporary storage in Chrome's integrated Flash implementation.

Since this seems to be a Chrome thread, I guess I'll ask it here.

In Chrome (and no other browsers) the video image for CR videos (when in fullscreen) looks "smudged." It's just enough to be annoying, and make me switch to another browser. It doesn't happen to videos from other sites, or when out of fullscreen. In the picture below you can see a comparison of an image in other browsers, vs. how it looks in Chrome (they're both fuzzy since they're zoomed in, but Chrome makes outlines look zig-zaggy).

My version of Chrome (and Flash) is up to date, and I tried clearing the Flash cache according to the CR help page, but it still looks smudgy. I only noticed it a few weeks ago, but I wasn't trying to watch videos on Chrome much before then, so I don't know how long it's been going on.

Any fix or suggested fix?

(please pm me if you have an answer - I don't always catch quotebacks)

Chrome uses it's own Flash player, which I believe is called "Pepper Flash." Try disabling that inside the browser and see if that fixes the issue for you.
