I ordered 4 Nekomura Kitten Earphone Jack plugs (2 mustache, 1 pirate, and 1 mimi/pastel blue), however when my order came I received only 3 (1 mustache, 1 pirate, and 1 mim/pastel blue. I have been TRYING to contact Crunchyroll support since June 29! I got both a regular support staff, and 1 manager! Neither of them have been successful in helping me as they have both disappeared after a couple messages. It has been over an entire MONTH since I first contacted them!

I am absolutely enraged at this point because they refuse to give me any form of "support" other than brushing me off for 30 days! I hope to find some kind of "support" on these forums as I have received no such thing through email.

The Mustache Nekomura Kitten Earphone Jack plugs says out of stock. Maybe they only had one left and can only send it to you? If you didn't get your money back then that is sorta flawed, but that is all I have to say.

I did not receive any form of compensation, and I pre-ordered these things so there is no way for them to have been out of stock upon me ordering them. And regardless of the reason for me not receiving my full order, I think it is ridiculous that a company as large as Crunchyroll was incapable of assisting me or providing proper "support" on two different occasions.

Yeah, that's me in the email. :)

Sorry that you're upset. At this point, can you tell me what's going on?

All products were shipped, just from Japan via a method that doesn't have tracking.
At this point we're reshipping what we have in stock and refunding what can't be fulfilled.

So give me your orders, tell me what you've received and what you haven't. I'll get replacements sent out (with tracking) and the out of stock stuff refunded.

Ah thank you. Well the only one I have not received is a second Nekomura Kitten Earphone Jack Plug (Mustache/Mimi) but that one is no longer present in your store. So if you are unable to send me one of those, then I would just like my money refunded, please.

May I ask as to why you never got back to me? Did you perhaps just forget or think it was not necessary?

Looks like I said I was going to be getting in touch with the Japan team on shipping.
Then on our side there were about 8 back and forth emails with a partial refund.
And we forgot to email you back after that.

So it's our fault.

Can you give me the order number for Mustache/Mimi and I'll check to see if that's what was refunded?

The SKU of the mustache/mimi is 4541228601243

and the order item ID's are: 56916 / 32908.

I'm not sure which number you need...

So just pulled up the account and had a look.

It appears that the order was refunded in full on 7/23/13.
Which means we forgot to follow up and apologize that the order was unfulfillable / let you know we refunded the order.

That said, if you want to PM me your mailing address, I have a few random tiny kittens that I would like to send you as an apology.
