As recently as this last week I noticed my history was rolled back. As in pretty much 95% of the episodes I watched were gone. Except for a few episodes that I watch when I first joined crunchyroll. I'm not sure how something like this can happen but it happened. All recent viewing however has not been disappearing, and as soon as the problem came to light I emailed the support staff. But the response I got was:
"Hello mscm1995,
Thank you for your inquiry.

Is it possible that you have a second account that you were watching from?

I only have one account and only pay for one subscription, Im not sure what I can do to help fix this but I will provide info about my system.

Google Chrome
Version 28.0.1500.72 m
Windows 7 Pro (64bit) SP1

I am also not sure how to respond to support messages since they go directly to my email from the crunchyroll support email.

You can just reply to them like you would any other email.
