From like ages 4 through 12 I was bullied by my sister who is 3 years older than me, it started with telling my mom I did stuff and got me in trouble and then escalated to trying do drown me whenever we went to the beach. I remember once when she stapled my thumb, peeled the skin off my big toe on a treadmill, sat on top of me with her knees on both my arms and spat on me.

When I reached the age of 12 she tried to pick on me and I kicked her in the face as hard as I could and broke her nose and she said: "I have a knife under my mattress and I'm going to kill you with it in your sleep" To cut a long story short she tried to attack me one night when my mom wasn't home and I grabbed a knife from the knife rack and was trying to scare her away and dropped it and it bounced up and cut her leg open and she bled so much that two towels were completely red from all the blood. My mom came home we said that we were playing tag and she slipped on glass.

She never did anything negative towards me again. (Holy shit I never thought about it before but I guess I had a fucked up childhood)

In high school, I had two best friends. Let's call them A and B.

I met A and B separately. I was best friends with both separately. At one point, all three of us were so close, it was like a threesome bromance.

At one point in time, A and B and I had a massive disagreement (I can't even remember what the argument was about), but it was so massive (i'm sure it was petty) that A and B decided to gang up against me. And I got so angry at them that I gave them the silent treatment and ignore them throughout high school.

They said that I should apologise, but well, I was stubborn, and I still didn't talk to them. Over time, A and I made up. But I've never made up with B, because he was an elitist and a racist, so I've never made up with him.

The friendship between A and B fizzled without me though, because our friendship was based on all 3 of us being in the conversations, it's like having the Spice Girls without Baby Spice, it wasn't the same.

I had an A, B, and a C once...... Me and A still hangout, but we aren't really close anymore, B has pretty much dropped off the face of the earth, we never see her around anymore, and C..... He stopped talking to us because other guys would make fun of him for hanging with girls, even after he told people he was gay he wouldn't talk to us :(
So, I guess I know how you feel a little bit....

Your friend sounds like a coward.
Sorry I don't mean to diss your ex-friend, but I really don't like this type of people--the type who falls under peer pressure and cannot think for themselves.

I guess I'm a little butthurt by the fact that I've had friends who have done to me what your gay friend done to you. People would stop talking to me simply because other people were telling them to. I don't like these type of people. I abhor them.

And believe me, it's not just in high school, throughout university and life, you will meet these types of people who can't think for themselves and always listen to others to try and fit in.

I don't like those kind of people either, so I don't mind him not talking to me anymore, I mean, who wants a friend who does that??

I'm sorry to hear that happened to both of you, GayAsianBoy & Asce1. Hopefully it won't again. Am glad the 'A' in both cases came around, even if only somewhat.

As for me..... You know, I can't actually think of anything. I know there were some things. But especially after reading other people's past memories. None come up for me. lol

Well, there was that one time I got a toy on one of my birthdays (was quite young) and I got a little upset because I already had one of that version. How petty. But then, I was a child at the time....If I think of anything else, I'll add.

I thought the same as you, but when I first encountered this type of situation, it still shocked me.

You know, I've had this vision of the world being nice, beautiful and friendly prior going in to high school... and then people ruined that image by pissing me off with their nonsense. It was a big shock for me.

The school I went to, people start doing that stuff at a young age, it's one of the reasons I only had 3/4 friends from year 1 to year 5......

I went to a christian school, where only 20% (including me) were christian...
Our school didn't teach it to us...... We just knew..... And teachers expected us to already know by yr 6.....
