Do you make your own original story?
or maybe remake an anime to make better?
If that isn't your taste then how about a spin-off to one of your favorite series?
Spin off no good? Then maybe make an anime of a manga/visual,light novel/video game/a book you just like, that haven't been turned into an anime.
Or maybe you make a squeal to a series you love or a series that needs it?
What will you make? It is your own choice!

Edit of 8/9/2013: Oh I wrote 1 billion instead of million. Whoops. Regardless I should make it known that you have to spend all the money on the anime series or multiple series you will be creating. None of this spend only 0.0005 percent of the money and spend the rest on something else. For all you that like a template to follow I made a few.

Edit of 12/15/2013: I changed the picture so there is that. I am glad to see all the response. Hopefully you guys have an enjoyable holidays. That is all for now.

Edit of 2/17/2014: Bumping due to me wanting to change the photo. That is pretty much it.

If creating an original story.

If remaking an anime

Making a spin-off of an anime

Adaption of a manga/visual,light novel/video game/book

A sequel of an anime

As for myself

If this thread already exist then lock this.
also please name the series, manga, visual novel etc. That you will be creating.

Um, I'd make an amazingly epic piece of critically acclaimed art using the help of all the top anime writers that lasts 1,000+ episodes with no "filler" areas, because $1,000,000,000 is a MASSIVE amount of money to make an anime with. ._.'

Give all that money to either MadHouse Studious or Ufotable to completely remake and redraw the Kinnikuman anime in GLORIOUS HD

Make it so all my favorite anime get the FMA treatment. Clean HD remakes that stay faithful to the original work and completely covers it.

Edit: I'll add multi-platform high quality video games and oscar-worthy movies every year for the anime that are concerned.

I think this is the solution to stop hunger, cure cancer and cease wars in this world. Nobel Peace Prize for whoever does this.

Create a walking dead anime while it is still a cash cow and make some money off of it while pocketing the money left over.

Or remake something like Trigun and pocket the leftover money.

With all the episodes, movies, specials and other animation pieces that's likely how much Toei has spent on the 14 years they been working on One Piece.

That said with rates the way they are now... I'd start a media company with comics, animation, game and merchandise. Animate 5 100 episode series at $10 million a pop. Then with the remaining $950 million make a big budget CG movie trilogy for $300 million, a big budget console game with a persistent online component for $50 million, start a merchandise company for figures, statues and other things for $100 million. I'd also start a music studio for another $100 million. Spend millions on making a lag free website and hiring tons of translators and subbers to give everyone access, spend $250 million promoting it all and use the rest to retire.

I'd hire Hayao Miyazaki (Director)/Masaaki Yuasa (lead animator) to adapt all Haruki Murakami novels into 11 episode series' starting with 'Hard Boiled Wonderland' and ending with the 'Wind-Up Bird Chronicle'.

An absolute dream.

THIS.

Uh from top of my head, maybe remake of Elfen Lied, new season of DTB, Spice & Wolf, and anime adaptation of Cage of Eden.
