What do you think about your parents?
My parents are good people, they're nice and all, but we butt heads so much that I can't really help but want to kill them all the time.....
I'm sure we'll get along someday, but right now, I don't like my parents....
What about you?

I think - call me crazy- that they're my parents.

Parent*
My dad is strict, and he acts on behalf of my mother. He's raised since I was small, although he can come off as a quite intimidating person, he's caring in his own way after all.

I like them, well not necessarily my dad~he cheated on my mom after 23 years. and is getting married after only being officially divorced for only a few months (1/2 months). He has seriously lost a lot of respect for me. So i kind of don't care about being called a mamas boy haha.

They are chill. They do their own thing and I do mine. If I am ever in trouble they are there to help and vise versa. They never really pushed anything on me when I was growing up and they support me with just about anything I do that doesn't get me hurt or arrested. All in all, I'm happy they are my family.

When I was younger I hated them, mostly my dad, for all the things they did to me and in some cases didn't do. For the most part I am over it all though. I will never completely forgive my dad and I seriously want my mom to get mental help so we don't fight anymore though but I guess it's ok. They are decent enough these days.

I have no comment for either parent, but I do try to be thankful since I could have received worse parents than these two.

I like my parents. I mean, without them there's no me. And either way it's not like I can choose who's going to be my parents.

My dad's pretty boring, but he's a good guy and we get on well. My mum on the other hand is a stroppy b***h who acts like a little girl whenever she doesn't get her own way. On countless occasions she has thrown things across the room, screaming because someone disagreed with her, or something wasn't absolutely perfect. She also never listens to anyone, which leads to misunderstandings and even more tantrums.

I respect my dad, because he works hard and tries to please other people, but I think he has to some extent become my mother's puppet. I feel sad for him, because she is draining the happiness out of him.

i like my father but not my mother.. my mother is the perfect example of parasite the type of human that i want to get away from!! i know what good parent's are ive seen them while going out with my friends and meeting their parent's and my mother never fit the bill, well i guess it's all viewpoint is your view you may see my mother as good but not in my worldview... idk i have high standard's for people in my family circle and my mother is a slacker... but even though i don't like my mother i don't insult her or behave foolishly like some stupid spoiled brat..

Sociopath here, alert the authorities!

When I was young I couldn't have wished for better parents. They weren't the richest, but they listened, encouraged, cared, and gave us the best life we ever could have.

My mother died of cancer when I was still fairly young and since then, going on over 10 years now my dad hasn't settled down with anyone new and he distracts himself with projects such as buying guitars and amps, or buying a trike and having a bit of a mid-life crisis. He doesn't do much anymore, doesn't like going out and drinks every day. He's still responsible and a decent person, but just a bit miserable, though I'm not a child anymore so I try to support him equally.

By the way when I said trike, I meant one of these.

They are typical parents. My mom is controlling and while my stepdad just watches tv or reads a book, and my real dad is in prison. You just gotta love my parents.

I was blessed with amazing parents. My dad is one of my closest friends and while my mom can be a little clingy and still treats me like a child on occasion, she is an amazing caring person.
