I wish I was like that. The only thing I ever get mistaken for is for being Asian or Spanish and for being younger than I really am lol And people think I'm gay sometimes. (I'm straight.) I've gotten hit on by girls more than guys, not that guys haven't hit on me ever. Anyways, it's kind of cool if you can look like the opposite gender... it's like cross-dressing without any effort. Like Haruhi from Ouran High School Host Club. But not her dad lol Plus you can have more fun with that.

I'm a tomboy already but I've never been mistaken as a boy...as far as I know...I know I look like a guy in my avatar and that's why I chose it. (btw, I'm straight)

Androgynous people are hot...

Nope, but I've had trouble figuring out what sex she/he belonged to.

@Kirika202...exactly what I mean.

And what's wrong with that?

I've been mistaken as being gay quite a lot ever since I started college.

No, but I wish I looked more androgynous. I don't like the way people assume my gender, haha. I have been mistaken for a lesbian, though, which I find much more offensive than people assuming gender. It's like people think it's an insult to "look like a lesbian", or that sexuality has a look.

Been there actually, and recently. Had a waitress ask for my order "ma'am" in front of about 10 of my friends last year. I seem to be one of those cases where if someone is far enough away or they have me with a mostly back profile, it can happen. I don't help my case by keeping my hair at shoulder length from time to time. That resulted in a quick trip to the barber though.

Funny story for Halloween quite a few years back, I crossdressed in my wife's old tennis uniform and went to a party. All our female friends ended up hoarding me away and making me look "cuter" by adding anything and everything they could find. The highlight of the evening for everyone was when we were finally all watching some horror flick, and I opened my mouth and the first thing I hear from the back of the room was "HOLY ****, THAT'S A DUDE?!?!"

Oh gawd,this. If I had a nickel for every time someone has mistaken me for a girl,both in person and over the phone at work,I'd be set for three lifetimes. Or more. Gay guys have never mistaken me for a girl but they've certainly hit on me an absurd amount of times. Maybe it was the long hair. Or maybe that I prefer things be elegant and prefer brains to brawn. Or maybe that I've cosplayed both Hayate and Hermione Ayasaki

If it's a female cashier, she'll call me miss. If it's a male cashier, he'll call me sir. Perhaps there's actually a mirror where my face is.

Adr. people are amazing looking. Half of the korean boy band members look like girls. Ive never had trouble in my many years of anime distinguishing boys from girls when the characters look like kurapika from hxh or armin from attack on titan.

I've never been mistaken for a girl. Even when I wear makeup.

I have a really strong jawline, and my shoulders are as broad as anything.

Is Kurapika a girl? The first time I watched Hunter x Hunter I easily assumed he was a guy... until he started talking. Then I thought "Oh, That's clearly a girl- wait, why does everyone in the show keep calling her a boy?". I've been burned before, so I stopped guessing until there was some kind of confirmation. Also, that's an awesome pic.

Kurapika is a guy but is voiced by a girl (whos voice i really like).

As for being confused for a girl, no, Im naturally fairly solidly built and my facial features are pretty heavy set so its never happened. I do have a soft spot for cute tomboys though
