I just got a full-access trial so that I could watch Attack On Titan 18 quicker, but it doesn't seem like any of the videos are playing for me. I know someone in England who uses this service and it seems to work for them. So I clicked Amnesia videos and they weren't working either, can someone help me. Or I will have to cancel the service and wait for Attack On Titan 18 to come out elsewhere. (if it helps there is the website design, video name, comments but no video playing I know I have pretty bad internet so I even went down to 480p but it's still not working.. It can't be an regional thing if someone else is using the service in a different county?)

You didn't mention which country you are in. AoT is available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland.

I'm in the US and whenever I try to watch a video nothing happens. I get the web page comments and everything else but the video won't play and I can't click on anything on the page. If I refresh it enough times my browser gives me a message saying that crunchy roll is not responding or that it is experiencing an error.

try clearing browser cookies and re-open your browser.

I cleared out my cookies and temporary files and reopened my browser but all I got was the add for the crunchy roll app before everything stopped working.

I have this same problem and have done the whole help check list they ask to do. and if you check the forums more and more people seem to be having the same problem. They insist it is on are end but since more people are posting problems I believe it's on their end and should start looking into it and stop telling us its are machines.

I have the same issue but with 'Sword Art online'. The Advert starts playing then it freezes my internet browser; I then have to reload the page but it happens again after 10-15 seconds. I had to go to Hulu to watch episode 17-21. It is very frustrating, I like watching on Crunchyroll because of the community but this browser freezing is really annoying. It seems to happen when ads pop-up. I notified support but since I am a free-member, they put me at the end of the line.

Might be the World AT&T at it again, this happens often lately, this also seems to be effecting MMO's all over the world.

I switched from using Explorer to Firefox and videos have started to work again but I'm not sure if that was what the problem was.

Cleared Everything even the Email Suggestions from Dev team..
It would seem it's the Streaming from where'ever the files are stored, I can watch other animes but some just come up with exclusive for (username) and stop dead.

I did found out why we dont get to see all the ANIMEs.. something they call - "Availability Information - Sorry, due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in your region." Check each one your trying to watch they might have this on it.. stops you from watching it.

No videos are working for me, I get the black box and the time of the episode shows. But it just sits there.

Since CR plays by legal streaming rules and pays for what they have been licenced, the licence agreements for allowable shows in the region for Australia probably doesn't have all that much included... See how many of these shows you can play. Anything not on this list simply isn't available to stream in your region because CR couldn't get permission to do it. If you can't play the shows specifically on that list though, then you should contact support via the "contact us" link at the very bottom of this page under the Support column.

Thanks, Asharka, but I'm more concerned about the shows that are licenced and still don't show.

The Tower of DRUAGA -the Sword of URUK & Mushibugyo both started off Perfect now they have no stream at all. :blink:

From what I can gather is the server that hosts these are on the blink or need to be re-checked for bandwith speeds cause it takes 2-4mins to start Mushibugyo Ep 13+
