After reinstalling CrunchyRoll on my Smart TV all the movies and anime played perfectly and yet they reject to play on my PC. Odd Huh?

I followed all the instructions on clearing info and unistalling flash and it still comes up with black screens, so right now I'm confussed why.

This is the same problem I'm having. The Crunchyroll logo will flash twice on the black advertisement screen, and then IE freezes. I've deleted cookies and temporary files. This isn't a streaming issue -- YouTube, RZIM and other sites stream video and sound with no trouble.

It's a new problem, and I think it has something to do with the ads. When this problem began, I could watch half of an episode before the screen froze in the middle of the second advertisement.

I sent an e-mail asking for help, but I still haven't received a response.

I'm a free user, and I don't mind the ads or look for passes -- I leave those for the desperate -- but I do still want to watch my favorite shows. If anyone could recommend a site that legally shows anime, I'd be glad to support. I'll come back to CR when things get sorted out, but this has been going on for a few weeks, now.

After I posted this, I viewed some of the other threads for a while. When I went back to my queue, the video I've been trying to watch played all the way through. (I noted that the banner was still present, but the advertisement at the right of the video player was absent.)

Thank you, CR! It looks like I won't have to find a new place just yet. I'll update my experience status here on the occasion.

Ah, never mind. It must have been a fluke -- immediately after I posted the above, I went back to my queue. No videos are playing again. Thanks for the episode -- I'll look forward to more while I'm waiting elsewhere.

Its on videos Australia can watch. I can watch some videos while others just sit at the black screen. The annoying this is that it worked fine last week.

Eg. Hunter X Hunter Isnt working while I just watched Fantasista Doll. And theres a few more like that.

It's not us it's YOU... check your coding and flash streaming, I just had a professional look at your background coding and most of the streaming is corrupted.

If you could design a program alot like the one used on Smart TVs and Phones and so on for the PC / MAC this would be SOOO much better of you and your company. Just a Great Idea from all of US.

I agree with Black, I think they need to change something. I hate how they always thing its a problem on our end. How many times can a person go through with all the steps only to find it did nothing.

Edit: I know now ;P I read your post a few times and it finally clicked in, I am a bit slow today.

As I said it's my Provider Bigpond that's doing the bouncing. One of they new email scanning programs they installed for the ASI to check for Secrets and Private stuff. Can't go into details on what they are doing cause I just know it's a problem.. everyone is getting it not just me. Sorry for the Problem though.. however if you wanna change my email addess use blackhorde22@gmail.com that would solve all your bouncing.

Just to let you know, I was able to watch four videos, back to back, the night before last with no problem. Well, almost no problem. For some odd reason, I have to exit full-screen mode during the commercials, or the video will freeze. Other than that, all's well.
