Please help me! I'm a new premium member (guest pass) who is testing out crunchyroll for the first time. Other then the fact that my laptop/internet speed cant handle 1080P streaming this problem is not helping me actually want this service.
The message that came up was"sorry the crunchroll server is not available now please exit and try again later" I've been trying for a while now starting from Thursday and still it doesnt work.

Is your Xbox hardware up to date? also if your laptop can't handle 1080p because of net speed you probably won't be able to watch 1080p on your Xbox either. The CR servers for Xbox could also just be down but that's the most I can recommend, I'm sure you tried resetting your router already lol

Technical point: The streams for the XBOX 360 (and PS3) top out at 720p.

But my laptop can watch 720p shows it's just that it lags on 1080p. My xbox hardware is up to date and on the YouTube app I'm always able to watch in 720 or 1080p. I did a speed test after getting an email from the staff and I got around 430kb dl speed and 980kbs upload speed. However on my laptop I did the speed test and got 20mb DL speed and a lower upload speed ( this was a week ago)

My trial ends 6:00pm today I think and all I can say is at least I got to watch some shows early...

Are you connecting your Xbox via wireless or wired network?

The xbox is connected to a wireless modem through an ethenet cable however the modem is connceted to a wired modem via another Ethernet (I wanted to use my mobile and iPod wilst on the xbox)
Is that a bad idea for streaming on console? I've been playing like this for about a year without any issues...

With your Xbox reaching the speeds posted, I would try to free up as much wireless bandwidth as possible. Also you can swap over to a wired connection and tests the speeds there along with the app to determine which connection is better.
