I'm trying to watch Silver Spoon, Ep. 5 and other shows, but the video won't play, it's just a blank screen. I tried to uninstall/reinstall Flash, but that didn't fix the problem. I'm able to watch Hulu and YouTube and other applications, but don't have another computer to try. Not sure if it's on my end or Crunchy Roll's and I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this problem. I only watch Crunchy Roll on my computer once a week and this is the first time this happens. It would be nice if someone could shed the light on this issue.

Followed all the troubleshooting points...and tried all other browsers and computers in my house.
I'm assuming it's on the CR end of this.

I use IE, and even after I follow the troubleshooting points, once the video attempts to play the first ad, the entire site stops responding and I have to close the browser or at least the tab the site is opened in. I have been able to use all of my other streaming sites without any problems, which leads me to believe the problem lies within the site, not my computer.
On some rare occasions, a few seconds of the ad have played before the site stopped responding. In these instances it was an Orbitz ad and a Breaking Bad ad. I only mention this because after many attempts to watch videos, on two occasions the video plays without any problems before hitting the next ad spot. I don't remember the first ad that played without a problem, but the second one was a Mabinogi ad. I'm not sure if the ads can cause this, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I noticed if you leave it paused for like 5mins after making a coffee it does play the movie but stops again as though the Streaming is REALLy BAD!

The freeze always happens when the ads start to play, but not during every ad. I've had the YouTube, GE, and 1 other ad all play fine, so it's not those. There seems to be one that locks the video player up every time though. The only way I can watch shows is to hope I get the good ads all the way through the show. Otherwise I have to keep on restarting from scratch and crossing my fingers. (I also use IE.)

The buffer is rather short (not nearly 5 minutes), so having it paused longer than about 1-2 minutes really isn't beneficial. If you get a stream that won't play long without stopping, it would be better to refresh the page, or close the tab and re-open it.

Yay! It's working now (1 week later). I guess CR fixed it. I use Chrome btw... and hope it is working for everyone now, too. xoxox
