I was at Otakon and I went to the crunchyroll booth. You guys had contests and prizes for people who sign up right there but for people who are already are payed members just got a lanyard. I felt like I got the cold shoulder from you guys. Your staff were wonderful but your policies need to change.

That's how it works with loyalty in the west. It's the same with the electric company and the cable company and whatever else. While they put out special offers and things to get new customers they never once care once they have you. Loyalty is just not regarded as important.

Hiii Hiiiii ~ !!

So, I could NOT AGREE MORE ~ Just for the record, Otakon 2013 was the first time we did the Lanyards for premium users, and I personally do not think that is enough ~ ! I am proposing that we make limited edition series posters for premium members -- and we're working on that at the office right now !

If this idea becomes approved, I will personally send you one of the posters. Please PM me your address!
