Post Reply Which faction (and race) will you choose?

The Aldmeri Dominion races: Altmer, Bosmer, Kajiit.
The Daggerfall Covenant races: Orc, Breton, Redguard.
The Ebonheart Pact races: Dunmer, Nord, Argonian.

The Imperial race, formerly of Cyrodiil.

Elder Scrolls Online takes place 1,000 years before Skyrim. The three factions battle for control of Tamriel. To which will you ally, and what race will you choose for your main hero/heroine?

Keep in mind that as far as the beta is concerned, you are allowed to make characters in more than one faction. This is merely finding where you allegiance is strongest!

I'll have a female nord, probably stealthy play style. I've always enjoys bows in the ES series.
Also; I hate Argonians....hate them... So I'll prolly Pvp against every one I see.

I really liked playing a Breton in Skyrim. I played a female Norn to death in GW2 and the Nord are too similar, so not sure I will go that route again. I usually get either tank or buff/healer roles in most MMO's but not lot of pew-pew. Since I will probably be soloing more than in the past I might start with a stealthy ranged hybrid.

Bad ass ,i mean they red guard driven alot of the high elves back during the war and wanted to keep fighting but the Emperials surrendered all to soon.Dark elves who where once known as (chimer) are just awesome red eyed people with a nice grip on the dark arts.

I tried various races during the beta. Each have some interesting racial perks. I like how Imperials can pretty much defect to whatever faction is chosen - could prove interesting (if you splurge on that option, that is).

I am somewhat annoyed that the only way to enjoy the Imperial XP boost is by equipping and using a one-handed weapon and a shield, but I suppose they can't make it too easy, right? Perhaps if you keep an eye on your leveling bar, you should remember to swap to the preferred weapon(s) right before you DING! to the next level? LOL
