Seems like now is a good time for me to finally start watching season 3! I'm really curious about what happens next since season two's ending really seemed like a finale. Thanks for the contest, as always, and good luck to everyone else! ^_^

no it didn't... it clearly set up part three of the loose spirit arc (which they skipped T-T)

That particular arc actually became a 2 part OVA titled "The World God Only Knows: Tenri Arc". I would recommend watching it as it does introduce and explain some of the characters and events in season 3

On a side note, your instructions for the contest seem a little... off.
You indicate that you will give us the answers and that we must respond in the form of a question as in Jeopardy, however all the provided "questions" are actually in the form of a question and as such cannot be properly answered in the form of another question.

I think it means that instead of answering those questions directly, we need to answer with another question that will lead to the answer.

That doesn't really make any sense ... we'd just be rewriting their questions.

Crunchyroll has technically given us the "answers" if they wanted to do this Jeopardy style.

That would be too easy I think. If I am thinking right, it should go like that:

Let's say the contest question would be: How many planets are in the solar system?

Then the answer should be: What is the number beetwen 7 and 9?

As the direct answer is 8 (sorry Pluto). I am not using the same question to get to the same answer. It isn't as easy as giving simply direct answer and you can't use the same question. We need to be a little creative and think of another question that will lead to the same answer.

Their part shouldn't be stated in the form of a question. Their example works,

Example: The official source for anime and drama!!! ( Crunchyroll's part )
Answer: What is Crunchyroll? ( our part )

Episode 1:

Following reflection upon his pasts conquests, The God of Conquest confesses having trouble understanding what kind of character?
Who is the only 'normal' character?
Which well studied work is the subject of much trepidation during English class?

Episode 2:

A certain astronomer is looking for something... other than Keima. What is it?
The God of Conquest narrows his targets down to five suspects, out of a lengthy list of how many hosts?
A foodie's quest for new edibles ends at this almost real establishment. What is it?

I'm guessing the questions should be as follows:

the wording for the first question of the second episode is a bit awkward due to my not knowing what the exact situation being referenced to is offhand.

Is this the correct explaination or is it something else?

Are some of the questions intentionally left vague for subjective answers?

Edit - Also, are you looking for one word answers? Or are small explanations allowed with some of the more subjective questions?

I really want to know cause I'm desperate for those posters. I love this series so much.

The answers can be found by watching the series, they're not subjective, although there are one or two that can have more than right answer, depending on how you interpret it. And no, they do not need to be strictly one word.

Hey guys, I realize that the instructions were a little confusing, so we've rewritten the questions so that they are easier to understand. This does not change the nature of the question or the answers.
