Apparently what I do is this.

I get hurt, and feel pretty bad.
I reach out to my friends.
????????????
I alienate everyone and lose my friends.
Repeat cycle with those who are still around.

Be alone/hang with friends, watch movies/anime/entertainment whatever, play video games, etc. Just being alone and gathering my thoughts is probably the biggest one though.

I watch anime, read manga, or play some video games that I really enjoy. The games aren't too serious though, cuz I don't want to be raging at my game while trying to cheer up. I'll listen to music too. Usually though, I find it's best to hang out with my friends and tell them what's going on. Talking it out always helps me.

Talk to friends, go for a run, listen to music, watch a movie or anime, drink green tea.

I pray, talk to family members, watch anime, read manga, play video games, surf the internet, find cool videos to watch on youtube. listen to music, read books spend some alone time. Focus on God being bigger than my problems/challenges. That's how I deal with the crap that life throws at me.

i normally read a book or find something the channel it into.

i don't think most of us live a super thrilling life and once your friends start going separate ways its kind of easy to be board and lonely. truth be told you can find a million ways to detract yourself but there is no substitute for friends. we are social creatures by nature. sometimes no matter what you will do it wont get better until you find a friend or some one to fill the empty void.

walk and look at sky and scenary
and also go shopping ....

Play a Legend Of Zelda Game, usually Wind Waker, reminds me of Childhood I guess, talk to people listen music (normally Coheed & Cambria) , watch Kenichi the Mightiest disciple, Sgt. Frog and other comedies, or find someone more depressed than oneself, nothing beats you're suffering than watching others suffer(Sarcasm, that last one wasn't serious) though seriously, consider exercising, for me it takes my mind of stuff, I do Aikido so when i'm depressed i just practice some forms or throw my partner around a bit, takes my mind off it not sure if this helps or if you care, but I hope you cheer up soon!! (^_^)

I listen to music and just play around with my pets. I try to keep to myself and just ell myself what went wrong or what can I do to make it better. Being alone definitely helps. Away from humans at least, not my cats

I don't.
I just move on. Always striving to become better at the things I can at least do. No need to stop because I'm down. Hoping to feign away the disappointing disgust is something I've done too long. And it mostly only wasted my time.

I think being optimistic is OK.But I'm not really counting on anyone or anything to cheer me up anymore.
