I don't have the nice life that other teenagers have. I envy them and their petty, everyday issues like relationships. They don't realize how lucky they are.



When I feel anxious or sad, I will usually take a walk. My psychiatrist told me that the sun is really good for your mood.
If I feel like it, I cry. Crying usually makes me feel better.
Tea is nice.
I take naps, although it is detrimental to my insomnia. Makes it worse.
I book appointments with my psych. But I usually only see him once every few months.
I used to see a mental health worker every week, but I recently lost her phone number and I think she might not be happy with me because of it, so I don't want to see her right now. lol

Pizza, computers, tinkering, eventually something is gonna come out of me tinkering and programming...

Some days anime, games, MMOs, I keep hopping around

friends, don't have any around, they busy married with or without kids and working or partying or drugs or drama or university or working

yeah I'm pretty much a loner that just plays video games, watches anime, and tinkers around with stuff

(romantic) relationships, never had one

ok, life story over...

I used to play video games and listen to music, but now I go to the gym. It usually helps me clear my head and get my priorities straight.

I force a big ol' smile and think about why the situation isn't so bad. If you make yourself smile, you can trick your brain into releasing chemicals that make you happy. But you have to force the whole smile, not just your mouth, you have to make a genuine smile with your eyes and cheeks and whole face! If all else fails, you'll start laughing because you look so silly thus making you happy. I never lose with this technique! haha

Read my circumstance and try your best to help, don't mention anything that I've typed, and do not try and sympathize. Just try and distract me from it because the empty feeling this entire situation has left me with is very new and somewhat scary.

Yesterday I got hit pretty hard, my gf of 4 years completely and utterly abandoned me. We were sitting down in a clinic and I asked her one simple question. She got up walked into the nurses office and talked to one if the nurses there. They called her a cab and walked her outside completely ignoring and avoiding me. She said I'm going to a different clinic. I was worried and confused and scared. I get a text from her friend saying to leave her alone. I called her friend and we talked. Turns out she has been seeing some other guy for quite sometime and hid it well from me. I lost my friends and 2 jobs because of her and a whole lot more (I felt she as worth it). She told me we were getting her results for a test. When she saw the results of her pregnancy test (she lied to me about what test it was) she ditched me then and there.

Put on headphones and take a walk to the grocery store. to get an energy drink, or beer, or both.
