i am now 15 but i am too skinny( underweight). i really want to put on mre muscle mass buy the end of 2007. i guess i will workout on my abs, biceps, back and chest.
BUT I DUNNO HOW TO can any one help me.
also, i heard that you have to eat the right stuff but how much is right?? and what is right? i can cook so can any one share recipes??
CAN you guys out there share with me your excercise regime and diet thanks alot

try this
kinda lame though
every night b4 you go 2 bed do like 10 pushups
and if you cant do 10 try 5 or 4 or 3 etc.
If you do this every night eventually youll increase the amount you can do
also workd those arms
Ive done it for a while and get to 70 w/ out stopping

Whats up lil' man! I've been lifting weights for a while and I think I got a good work out plan. Its true, if you want to gain muscle, you need to eat certain stuff like protein and calories. Protein for building muscle tissue and calories for energy. Of course you need to have resistance in your training. Increase the sets of exercises every day but gradually. Try not eating the fat from meat because it causes clots in your heart. Trust me, I'm training to be a Nurse.

For your abs, do crunches every morning and before going to sleep. Do at least 50 and increase the number every day. For your biceps, you need a barbells or something that has weights at the end. Do bicep curls with the barbells. For the back and chest, do push ups. Its real simple and within a week, you'll look like the Hulk.. Hopefully.

For the maximum muscle repair you need about .6 (easy day) to .9 grams * your body weight (in lbs) in protein. Generally people just starting to work out put on muscle mass pretty quickly then it slopes off.

I personally use free weights and body weight exercises. Pushups, tricep pushups, squats, lunges and leg lifts are pretty easy to do sporadically through your day. Going to a gym has always been a hastle for me.

Just start off small. Do simple exercises that will stimulate the muscles you want to strengthen. Then increase the amount of reps.

gomenasai i am friggin lazy but since the school is starting, i will be working MOREMOREMORE>......... and i swim like 3 times a week X 30 laps(10 freestyle 16 breat and 4 butterfly) now heh....doesnt work

I find that basic supplements and just playing aggressive basketball is enough for me, but I assume you want more than that. I'm not at all muscular--typical guard body type for basketball.

Basics thing to do is increase your protein intake and create a steady repetition schedule for whatever you want to build up. Pretty much any protein product that doesn't use createin works for people under 18 like us. Avoid a chemical called createin at all costs, it is really bad for people under 20 years old.

You might want to try supplements like Whey Protein, Tonalin CLA, Pro Nos, and No-Xplode. All of them work. Muscle Milk I hear is good too, but it has a small but significant amount of createin.

hold on udont need any portein powder or pills that stuff will end up ripping up ur liver and kidneys when ur 50. Right now your still growing, just watch what you eat, and do some lifting. If u want to become stronger then lift big weights with small reps (lotsa weight done as much as u can) But if u want to tone up ur body do small weight just alot of Reps.

ive been lifting for 3 years and playing football. Never touched a protein shake or popped pills. I can squat 510 and bench 310. Hard work and determination over short cuts through that portein stuff.

creatine is good for building standard mass, but make sure u dont use it too long.
All it really does is help retain water in ur muscles...

How does protein kill your liver and kidney? Stay away from createin and steroids and you'll be fine.
