Cut-throat mafia, kick the can, hot lava monster tag, red light green light, spies, hide and seek, wall ball, kickball, Pokémon (where we would pretend we were either the trainers or the pokemon), star wars, and all kinds of "pretend you are this" games.

we played jaws :p either in the pool or just when we were in our room. one person would be the shark and the object of the game was not to let the shark drag you off the steps of the pool or off of the bed other wise you were dead :p im surprised we never broke or dislocated any thing with one person pulling on our legs while others pulled on our arms to try and keep the shark from getting us :p

Holy crap, my brother and I made up a similar game like this. Except we called it Kraken. We played it on a bunk bed, so we would sit on the top bunk, and the Kraken player would try to pull us over the edge.

Mother may I, Simon Says, Red Light Green Light, Red Rover, Kickball, Tag, Freeze Tag, Flashlight Tag. Cops and Robbers which we played on our bikes. One person was chosen as the cop and the rest of us were the robbers. One of the robbers had a small item they hid on their bike or person (mostly a small stick or something) and the cop had to catch the robbers to try and find the item. Also, sometimes before bedtime we would turn out all the lights in the house and play hide and go seek in the dark, that was always fun.

Yeah, one fall could've easily ended in a trip to the hospital. I don't know what we were doing, hahaha.

Hide and seek. When I was a child, I was very good at hiding to the point where everyone would stop looking for me and play again while I was still hiding.

Guns.

We also made a game called Werewolf. It started with one person playing as the werewolf who would hide somewhere in the dark on the bottom floor and wait for the group of exorcists to come down from their base and hunt him. The exorcists would have a choice of weapons ranging from stuffed animals, lego swords, blankets for netting, pillows, and phonebooks to fight the werewolf with. Only one light could be on in the whole house and it had to be in the exorcists' base.

The exorcists would go down and have to find the werewolf, once they did they'd have to run up stairs and shut the door behind them. If the werewolf was able to jump on a exorcist and pin them down, they became a werewolf, too.

I don't think playing a game has ever gotten me that terrified of the dark before.

Hide n' seek was the go to game, my siblings and I would go and play in the woods near where we lived. We also played cops and robbers with cap guns, kickball, tag, mercy, freeze tag and grounders, to name a few.
