I have an account.
I have a premium membership.
I have even tried gifting myself a premium membership.

When I try to actually watch ANYTHING it tells me to sign up for a free trial and redirects me to the 'upgrade to a premium account' page. When I click upgrade it tells me I already have a premium account so I cant upgrade.

...so I have to upgrade to an account I already have, so I can't upgrade because I already have it, but I can't watch anything until I upgrage?

It's just a glitch, probably. Instead of using the forums, use the Contact Us link to send support a message. I've seen the head customer support guy post on here multiple times saying that getting through to the support staff is much faster and easier through the Contact Us link than it is through the forums.

Just to be sure, what you're trying to watch isn't a drama, is it?

I wanted to watch a drama, yes. Thought that might have been the problem, as it was set to a trial anime account. But then I tried an anime and that doesnt work either.

I'm just going to close the account. Frustrated me too much to bother trying any more.

Hello lethanon!

I've let Customer Service know they should come check on your account, but in the meantime, have you just tried deleting your browser cookies?

According to what I can see on your account only as a moderator, you have a premium membership, which means you should be able to access all anime, and dramas as they become available. The only higher tier is "all-access."

If cookies doesn't fix your issue in the meantime, I'm sure a customer service rep will get you squared away.
