well you're a straight guy (i'm assuming) so you probably don't care about fashion haha

but to metrosexuals and some gay men, the silver pants are much more fashionable...

I wasn't really addressing you personally, Stoner.

I understand where you're coming from. I'm not a young man anymore. As we age our perspectives change and right now being seen as physically appealing is an important aspect to you. But, I am a personal trainer and nutritionist. At your age, your goals are a bit unrealistic. Some of the most athletic people can only gain 1-2 pounds a month with proper nutrition and training (That and you're still growing). That's only a 100-200 calorie increase per day. So when you're looking at the scale and hoping to gain weight, keep that in mind.

My statement was more or less an individual perspective, mine to be exact. Obviously for someone who sees the world different or is in a different position in their life, it feels like a simplistic answer. Most philosophical ideas and perspectives are ideas that need to be actualized, not taught. So your point of view is as valid as mine, but in my current stage in life (at 30) I've found the most success by simply being myself and letting that be the magnet which brings in my relationships, instead of aiming to be anything else. We should strive to be better, whether through physical goals or mental goals; we should try to improve upon our experience as individuals and become "better" than yesterday. But that happens almost naturally if you allow it, simply by experience.

But I will tell you something that is fairly objective within the spectrum of our society and regardless of age bracket. All people enjoy confidence and if someone enjoys your personality, a confident display of your personality only makes you more appealing. Even shy and timid people show confidence in some regard. It doesn't matter how good you make yourself look, it all comes back to accepting the person you are in the now. These goals are all fine and well, but don't lose sight of the here and now.

Full figured and gorgeous... Not much to complain about here. I might can lose a few lbs though... And I wish my jeans would fit perfectly instead of be too big.

All I care about is if I am comfortable or not, couldn't care less what random people I don't know think about how I look.

I'm a skeleton. I eat and eat, and don't gain weight. I actually lose weight instead.

tank ass? lmao! i think to hell with it, i make sure what i wear fits right. thats the only thing that always annoys me. if your thick and curvy, awesome i love women thick and curvy but dont try to wear the size small tank top with the jeans three sizes to small. no one needs to see you love handles poking out every where like a busted can of biscuits :p
