If we were counting long running anime. One Piece would be my number one pick for the 90s.

From the 90s: Initial D, Fly High, Yu Yu Hakusho, Black Jack.
From the 80s: Dragonball, Hokuto no Ken, Little Nemo, Musashi no Ken.
From the 70s: Lupin III (haven't watched much anime from the 70s)
From the 60s: Ningyo(though that's a short, have also not watched much anime from this decade)
From the 50s: Mogura no Aventure(also a short, the oldest anime ever put on Japanese tv)
From the 40s: Tora-chan to Hanayome(also a short and haven't watched much from this decade)
From the 30s: Umi no Mizu wa Naze Karai and Komori. (shorts and haven't watched much from this decade)
From the 20s: Kobu-tori and Nihonichi Momotaro. (shorts and haven't watched much from this decade)
From the 10s: Don't really have one since I haven't watched much from this decade and the ones that I did, I thought were average. But it would probably be Hanasaka Jijii.

Yeah, I think the furthest back is 1917 for anime, Disney might have some stuff before that. At least a couple of them(the ones I watched) were on youtube. I've been on an old anime spree for the past couple of days.

It matters what you mean by "like that". To me even though I really like the series, it does have a lot of flaws.

I guess what I mean is:

Say you take a show like Initial D and a show like Girls und Panzer and flip them around time-wise. Now Girls und Panzer is a 90's anime and Initial D is a modern anime. Girls und Panzer would be more true to life (with obvious exceptions), without all the cookie-cutter tropes so many other modern shows are using. Initial D however would probably be Initial-Free! with long slow motion shots of guys racing around in convertibles with their luxurious hair blowing in the wind. Don't get me wrong, Girls und Panzer is an awesome show, just for my personal tastes, I could do without so many of the tropes.

Digimon the original was def in 99'. loved watching that freaking show, i think everyone did lol

***These shows had my kinda fanservice= great plot, great art"for its time" and more than 13 eps, as a fan i was served this in the 90's

now fanservice is just cleavage to the max and pantie shots ridiculous

i know exactly how you feel. it seems like every anime out now has got a ridiculous amount of fan service. only a few every season seem to avoid it.

honestly i wish they would remake all the classics with the animation we have today. not really change it just touch it up a bit, remake a few fight scenes and such. thatd be awesome
