So I posted my problems elsewhere & I contacted support via e-mail and so far they haven't been able to give me a solid solution so I figured I'd post my problem here.

I'm running on a Macbook Pro & using Google Chrome. I watched the episodes of Madoka on 1080p & so far this issue keeps happening on all off the streams except the SD one.

Basically it'll start playing and then freeze for a few minutes then start playing for about five seconds and then freeze again. Sometimes for good.

Support told me to clear my caches for both Chrome & Adobe and I did just that and it didn't solve anything. They then told me to simply DISABLE THE FLASH PLUG IN ALL TOGETHER. What that was suppose to even accomplished I'm not sure since doing that makes it so the video player doesn't pop up at all.

I've been dealing with this for roughly a week now & it's ridiculous. Also I need to stress that it's only with this show. I watched the new Attack on Titan today with ZERO issues yet everything single episode of Madoka I've had issues with streaming so far.

It's very irritating especially considering I pay money every month to use this site.......heres hoping I can finally get this resolved once in for all by posting in here.

Thanks for the help.

When you disable the built-in Flash in Chrome, you then have to install Flash as an external plug-in (effectively replacing the built-in version). Frankly, it is easier just to use another browser with Flash installed to test if this is the problem.

I tried watching it through Safari and got the same problem....support e-mailed me today and said they send my follow up to the launch team.....and that was it.

As long as I can watch other shows fine then I'm going to keep my account but I still really hope this issue gets fixed ASAP

I am having the same problem. It does this on both of my pc's no matter what stream quality I choose. I tried all of their suggestions on the video playback faq. Watamote and other anime work fine in 1080p. I think its just this show.
