So, sometimes, when I watch anime on the XBox 360 App, I'll be enjoying the show but then the Xbox app says at random parts of the video "Cannot connect to server." When pressing retry, the shows will play a maximum of five seconds and then will repeat the error. This error happens the most with newly upload anime. (For Ex. Goddess Arc episode 8 [I think] was updated today at Aug 19) My internet and my set ups are fine but I don't know what to do. Help me?

How soon after launch are you watching?
It could be that the videos have not fully uploaded to the servers that Xbox stream from.

I've experienced this same issue a couple times, and not on any newly uploaded videos:

-Photo Kano 11 (tried this a few weeks into the Summer season)
-Silver Spoon 4 (just last weekend, I believe)

You streaming via Wired or Wi Fi connection?
Does it seem that it always gives this error in the same place?

Wired; same place: I tried Photo Kano 11 several times across a couple days, and Silver Spoon 4 at least twice that night to see if skipping past the error would help, and it didn't.

I have the same issue on the 360 app with Fate/Zero, episode 5 at 5:48, the video stops and gives me the same message, skipping past it does not help either.
works fine on pc though?

Hey, when I get those kinds of errors, I usually send a message using the /help?topic=contact form or directly to support@crunchyroll.com reporting the issue to Bjaker, and he'll queue up a re-encode that usually fixes the issue, and hopefully doesn't introduce any other problems.
