"There's a quest for that."
It's a basic play on the phrase "There's an app for that". I was playing Skyrim at my friends apartment for a week or so and I can't quite remember what he asked me but I replied with "There's a quest for that" and it just kind of stuck.

Less of a catch phrase, but a catch action. Any mention of the word 'logic', including compound phrases, must be accompanied by the action as followed, as per Ace Attorney:

It's a hard-set rule for pretty much everyone in my whole social circle. Don't ask me how it started You have to get strategical with it if you're talking to, say, a stranger, or presenting a speech etc. Because you still have to do it somehow.

Also, though I didn't make it myself, the 'time you got a watch!' joke is my personal one. It's gotten to the state I've been banned from saying it, on pain of a kick to the shin.

"I'm 90% stardust and 10% big bang!"

Comes from me being sciencey and the rough estimate that the human body is comprised 90% of stardust with the other 10% coming from the Big Bang. Though it should probably be 93% and 7% respectively, but then it's not as catchy.

I guess I have three:

"Hey-Yo" (Greeting) came about when I said hello, but pulled a Spanish and pronounced the double L as a y
"Food is for the weak!" (statement) I'm a notoriously picky eater, so when people ask me why I don't each much food, that's how I always reply.
"Shazwot! / Shaz!" (Interjection) Apparently, there's a kid at my school whose name is Shazwot, I've never met him, however, I think his name sounds like a curse word, so I use it to substitute for shit when it isn't acceptable to be shouting such a word

I agree completely, I was afraid of getting stabbed pretty much every time I'd go to a Walleye game. ._.' That's why I went to BGSU instead of UT. xD

"Yes, yes you are. And don't let anybody tell you that you're not."
-I basically use this in a mocking way when someone tells me they are something and being arrogant. Useful against people who like to brag, but tone is everything when you say this.

"No, no you aren't. And don't let anybody tell you that you are."
-A variation of the first phrase that came later, used for when people say they aren't something but clearly not being too serious about it. Useful for people trying to fish for compliments.

"Devil's-piss hot"
-I always use this to describe something really hot, like food or the weather. Haven't come up with anything for cold yet, though.

"No human being would ever say [something like] that."

"Very much so."

I've been using these for a long while now, the devil's-piss hot one being the newest one since it's about 2 years old or so lol

I wonder if I have one. I usually prefer a bit of variety in my speech, but I'm sure there's probably things I say more often than others.

I don't think this is a "catch phrase", but it's a quote that I made up and follow by.

"Beauty is Ignorance"
