I don't know, I think even the choice made set is rather spoilerish - maybe even more than the no choice, since that's how most of the show will feel!

That said, I'd add to both:

Choice Made:

No Choice:

Yeah I can see what you mean, but anyone entering the topic has to expect at least that level of spoiler. I said to leave no choice made as a spoiler because "no choice" reveals the choice of the protagonist to pick no one. I personally refuse to watch a romance/harem without a definitive choice if I can help it, so anything under that spoiler tag I will be avoiding regardless, but not everyone feels that way.

As for choices not being made....I'll go with:

Yeah that's why I put (manga) next to usagi drop.

*grumbles*

The choice in any given Tenchi series depends entirely on who is writing and directing, which is all kinds of obnoxious.

Clannad and Clannad Afterstory both count as choice made. Though it was much more harem like in the VN than it was portrayed in the show.

Card captor Sakura...it was surprising that Sakura and Syaoran ended up together in the end, this was my first anime and very dear for me. I was so happy with the ending.^^ Syaoran's confession was so sweet and realistic, I could feel the pain in my chest when he realized that he was in love with Sakura and likewise, Sakura's reaction was realistic, she felt confused and sad because she didn't understand at first but in the end, sweet Sakura figured out her feelings and they became a couple! sweet and innocent. <33333

Bokura ga Ita, the romance started really fast but the relationship was very frustrating...but I liked it a lot.

We never saw a conclusion or confession from Fruits Basket and Ouran host club in the anime, but there is a conclusion in the manga.

Well, Mysterious Girlfriend X had a choice made........IN THE FIRST EPISODE.

But when he has to make the choice a second time...yeah, that series is great because of things like that. YOU CAN ALWAYS CHANGE YOUR CHOICE LATER(maybe, you know, you meet more people in your life you see, and some old flames don't give up)

One that I really liked a while back was Rumbling Hearts. As far as a harem go it's about, two leads short of a full harem, but It's got choice in there abundantly...kinda.

Every single Fate/Stay Night series WILL have a definite girl chosen....so expect the remake to finally pick up the Sakura route if they do indeed remake the Heaven's Feel route.

And I think G FIghter and Gundam X have super awesome finished relationships that go somewhere....

Mobile Suit, Zeta, and Double Zeta have the relationships, but IT'S NOT ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIPS!

Char and Amuro are super lucky with women.....they get to 3rd base every time, but always strike out before getting home.

I do not ever recall a harem even hinted at all in FMA: Brotherhood.... Also, Ed most definitely made a choice at the end which was shown clearly at the end of the anime. <.<

ANYWAY, yeah, there are not a whole lot of them these days where choices are made. Because when it is a traditional harem series, it would upset every other "branch" of "shippers" for the series and most writers don't want to deal with THAT nonsense so they would rather keep it all ambiguous and let the fans make it out in their own head-canon. I find that nonsense annoying, though, so...

I can't see that image and if you read the thread title, it said harem/romance. I'm going to assume that the OP meant that as part romance for FMA: Brotherhood. However, the show's romance isn't that strong at all from my perspective so it's strange to even include it at all.

Oh and regarding that, I remember from the finale episode that it was implied Ed has feelings for Winry. There wasn't really a competition between them anyways so I could hardly see it as romance in the beginning.

TL:DR. FMA: Brotherhood is a bad example for this thread. The romance part of the show wasn't a big factor, at all.

Tenchi Muyo GPX

not sure which that one would count as.
The choice pretty much gets taken away from him and he gets a political marriage at the end.

Mashiro-iro Symphony pissed me off too. I was completely expecting the Airi route, because well they started off on the Airi route and they went down it for the majority of the series, and then boom, it's like nothing ever happened between them, like we've been on a different route from the beginning. I really wish they didn't do that.

Shuffle - I was hoping they would have done the red-head god chick but they did the Senpai instead. Yandere Kaede was cute though.

Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate had a definitive ending, it was a typical ending too.

Kanon has a definitive ending.

To Heart did as well in the second season. Not as good as the first season, but still had a definitive ending. (Not To Heart 2, To Heart 2nd Season)

Da Capo had a definitive ending. Never watched DC II or DC III though so I can't say about those.

Amagami had endings for all the heroines + an extra one. So you could say 7 definitive endings.

Toradora, Shakugan no Shana, and Zero no Tsukaima.

Mahou Sensei Negima was cut off,

Kodomo no Jikan has a definitive ending.

Two crazy but cool harems I wish I was a part of in this world. Powers included.
