I usually prefer just subs, but if I've started the anime as dubbed, then it's disruptive to switch to subs.

Inuyasha is the one anime that I cannot stand the subbed version.

I generally prefer the dub for Lucky Star, OHSHC, Soul Eater, Baccano!, Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, Deadman Wonderland, and Hetalia.

Inuyasha, DBZ, and Cowboy Bebop. Pretty much if I started the show dubbed, I can't switch over to subs.

I always watch studio ghibli movies in dubbed I dont know why.
Its the only thing I can handle watching dubbed, other than that, all anime I watch must be in subs.

I remember having trouble watching the Japanese version of Excel Saga. She's so much more obnoxiously energetic in English and I got used to that. I also feel the stupidity is more apparent in her in a language I understand.

This was also the case with Spice & Wolf, because I started it on Netflix in English and the delivery of the lines that each of the two main characters have is practically swapped in its original language. Whatever language I started that one in, I'd have to finish it in that. Just so happened to be English, which was really well done, but I can imagine not liking it at all had I heard it in Japanese first.

I can watch FLCL in either, but the dub is so good and it's what I first heard it in, so I prefer it in English.

I will probably always prefer Ranma ½ in English.

Cowboy Bebop is a great example that a lot of people cite, though people will often say the English version is better. I don't necessarily think that. I just think it's at least as good and it's what I first saw the series in.

I tend to watch anime in whatever language I can first find it in, which is going to be Japanese 99% of the time these days. Even when I have a choice, I will uuusually go Japanese anymore. But I have nothing against dubs, unless they are atrocious. The first case of me ever having one available to me on DVD, in English, and choosing Japanese over it was Neon Genesis Evangelion. It was sooooo goddamn bad. I couldn't stand it in English and that got me used to both watching anime in Japanese and hating that show.

I can watch and enjoy either, but I personally prefer dubbed anime over subtitled, namely because I can watch it, understand what's going on without paying much attention, and be focused on something else at the same time, like cleaning my latest thrift store finds, where as if it's subtitled I have to sit in front of the screen and pay attention to every little detail.

The only show I'm torn on is Squid Girl. I like the series in English just fine, but because Squid Girl was like the first series I ever really watched in Japanese only, it feels kinda weird, which makes me wanna go back to the Japanese version.

I can only watch Naruto in Dubbed, but I prefer watching Naruto Shippuden in Subbed

Usually I stick with sub because it's easier to find, comes out earlier, and because I just like the sound of subbed more for some reason.

The only time i watch anime subbed, is when it is hard-subbed here on crunchyroll. i cant think of many but i ran into a few. like Kanokon, or girls high, mostly the older catalog titles.

All of the simulcasts and other soft sub's i just right click the video and disable subtitles. except for Irregular at magic high school. that show has some intense vocabulary and i have to watch it with subs on.

For English dubs i prefer to watch DBZ mainly because i grew up to Sean Schemmel yelling. i never liked the ocean / westwood dub. but that Funi dub always hit the sweet spot.

I really didn't want to vote, because there are only maybe 3 I can think of that is capable of being watched Dubbed, and that's Inuyasha, FLCL, and Cowboy Bebop. That's it for Me.

Full Metal Alchemist and Ouran High School Host Club! I watched them with my brother who refuses to watch subbed (What's up with that??) and it just wouldn't feel right to watch them subbed now! I think they were dubbed well
