I used to put 2-3 plus. But I'm on a diet now so I stop drinking coffee.

The few times I can stomach coffee I put about 8 or so in, until it is literally coffee syrup

If it's a decent caramel latte, then no sugar... If it's crap or a plain coffee, then 1-2 teaspoons! It doesn't need to be too sweet, but I need something to take the edge off...
