Broly is an awesome character but his last movie Bio Broly didn't like it as much as his first two movies Broly the Legendary Super Saiyan and Broly the Second Coming. it was disappointing

Ten!? TEN!? You're asking a lot here...

In no particular order (because I'd give them all 8-9/10):

The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya
Fate/Zero
Shin Sekai Yori
Gankutsuou
Psycho-Pass (very recent addition to my favorites, may or may not stick)
Oreimo
A Certain Scientific Railgun S (Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S)
Clannad After Story
Kara no Kyoukai
Puella Magi Madoka Magica

Always subject to change as I watch more anime, but man, I felt so empty when these animes ended (with the exception of Railgun, which is currently airing).

Guys, I'm gonna need less DBZ and Evangelion.

The thing about Evangelion is that it made absolutely NO sense whatsoever. It is one of the worst animes I've ever seen. In fact, the worst I've seen is:

Evangelion
Green Green
Happy Lesson

And the #1 worst anime EVER is Gantz.

I agree about green green and happy lesson both of those series made absolutely no sense at all and about gantz don't know what to tell you about that series cause I've never seen it and also eiken is the most idiotic series that I've seen

Green Green is the worst. Gantz was pretty horrible however the story was ok and personally I did not like the artwork. I am actually surprised though happy lesson wasn't the best anime however I am surprised to see it in the top 5 worst.

Can't speak for the other two, but Evangelion wasn't completely nonsensical. Sure the plot is...out there, but there's still a clear story being told as you piece together everything that's happening. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I find it hard to write off Evangelion as 'bad', from any viewpoint.

As for DBZ, it has it's own merits. I can't say it's bad either. I did watch every single episode when I was younger. So at some point I thought it was amazing. I did find it odd that the series makes destroying planets look easy early on, but the characters refrain from displaying as much destructive power later on even though they're exponentially more powerful.

For examples of anime that actually make very little sense I direct everyone towards:

FLCL
Serial Experiments Lain

Good times.

Evangelion is too full of itself to be enjoyed. I'm not going to pretend that I know what is going on, or pretend that it's artsy and deep and full of hidden meaning. It's just a broken anime, plain and simple.

Lain is the same. Trying to be cool and failing.

Want to talk about anime"s not making sense how about Akikan. The heroines are soda cans that can turn into real girls. You must keep your girlfriend/soda from going flat. LOL

Drats, hit the backspace while typing and backed out of my text.

Evangelion and Lain try and succeed to be deep, but being deep isn't that cool.

Evangelion remains high in my list at how good it is as a "group watch" anime. those long 5 minute pauses between the action are perfect times to go
"ok...now it's not doing anything"
"wait a moment, maybe...shh....wait for it"
"yeah....nvm, I HATE THIS SCENE, WHY ARE THEY SO CRUEL, WASTING 5 MINUTES ON A PICTURE!"
"you know what I really liked? That previous scene, you know, with the Robot's and Aliens."
"OMG, I know! And that last scene, was he crying or laughing?"
"I don't know, but she was totally going through a mental breakdown"
"eeeeh, I don't think it'll go that far, the other chick had it worse and she was about to snap before this"
"shhh the scenes moving again"

Yeah, all the talk time really gets you into it.

And how many times I gotta say, Dragonball Z shouldn't be watched without Dragonball. It's like starting at Return of the Jedi in Star Wars, or Double Zeta in Gundam.

Steins;Gate barely left out of the top 10 here, its' great but it's got some aging and a rewatch if it wants to contend.

I'm in the middle of High School DxD and dear god.
I expected low-grade Ecchi and a crappy lead with a crappy harem mixed with some cheesy Romance
INSTEAD they give me High-Octane fetish fuel with Shounen taking front and center. Any fan of DBZ should be watching High School DxD right now, just because of the Second episode. I don't want to say I called it, but I did think it before it happened, in a "If i was the hero, I'd think this...NO WAY HE THOUGHT IT TOO!"

The series is somewhat fun however it's just so coryny and makes no sense. If I remember right you have add juice or something to keep the soda from going flat also you can still talk to her when she is a can.

It's a shame they released Dragonball after DBZ in the states (that's how I ended up watching it).
