SO! For those who were wondering why this thread took awhile to get a response.
It was started w hen I was on Vacation. This was the first vacation I'd taken in a year and a half.
Sorry I went on vacation. :/
I've been checking our email archives and I do not see very many emails from folks posting here asking for assistance with your problems.
PLEASE use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page! It is by far the fastest way to get us to help, and then if there are further things that need to be investigated by our Ops Team, I can pass along a tidy email with ALL of your information for them.
We're growing, Things are crazy, (sometimes crappy) but I really am trying my hardest to have my team be available to help.
