Nothing beats being a Spy in Team Fortress 2 and going on a multi-backstabbing spree.

I was a Spy in Badlands and my team couldn't advance with the perimeters the other side set up. I said, "to hell with it", and infiltrated their lines searching for the farthest member. I backstabbed him, and kept recloaking and moving. I made it all the way up to their front-man, without losing a sliver of HP.

For me, it's the KOF XI Kyo Iori team ending that was epic. Was all epic, getting powers stolen and stuff.

As bad as I feel about playing Black Ops, I had one of my most monumentally awesome moments playing in an online lobby with a bunch of friends.
What we do is we coordinate attacks, and win games. It's that simple.
Anyway, we were playing some Team Deathmatch and I was to flank around to the other side of the map and take out as many snipers as I could along the way while being as quiet as possible, while my teammates covered my rear and took out the rest of the map.
It was awesome. When I re-spawned after dying I waited 5 seconds to take a bite of my sandwich and just threw my tomahawk in the air because I never use it anyway. Three seconds later, I got a kill from it. I had thrown it halfway across the map, and hit a guy in the head as he ran past where it was gonna land. Following that I used my handgun to get a triple-kill with a few lucky shots.
But what was really epic, was what happened next.
I got shot and dropped to the ground. I pulled out my sniper rife and quick-scoped my assailant through a wall as well as two of his friends who were peeking out from behind cover. I looked down to be greeted by a spray of bullets which gave me my next headshot. I jumped down off of my building with one shot left in my sniper, and no shots left in my handgun, and knifed a guy just as he walked out of the door that was beneath me. I got three more knife kills in quick succession after that, so by now, I feel like the spy from TF2. The final kill in the game was my very next kill, which just barely gave us the win. I got rushed by a guy with an LMG and, as fast as I could, I spun around, whipped out my sniper, and shot him right in his cocky face.
The last thing you need to know is. Starting from where I was shot and dropped, everything I described after that took place in about 45 seconds.
I am now a god amongst my friends.

The moment when you realize Aerith's fate in FFVII.

The first time you meet another pilgrim in Journey.

The T-Rex in the original Tomb Raider.

Persona 4's 'True Ending'.

Buying a Playstation 1 at launch and playing Ridge Racer for the first time.

Button-mashing against someone who is really, really good at (insert random tournament-style fighter here) and beating them.

Not playing any COD game since Modern Warfare 2.

Creating something really, really epic in LittleBigPlanet.

The dogs crashing through the windows in Resident Evil.

The first time you had to change your underwear while playing Amnesia: The Dark Descent with headphones on, in the dark.

So many good times. :)

Yakuza 4: the Finale chapter. From the 4 protagonists walking to the Millennium Tower to the epic boss fights.

Yakuza Dead Souls: Reaching 60-something F in Kamurocho Subterranea with no flashlight and ammo. Couldn't find any merchants. Had to make do with the Golden Gun.

FFXII: Beating Yiazmat.

Killer is Dead: I may be the only one who says so, but the whole game is epic.

LOL when I was playing Left4Dead, we were like in a room up high, and deciding how to get to the safehouse. Then my sister's friend was explaining something (I was still new to the game) and I think he was saying something like "yea you wouldn't do something stupid like jump out the window" but I didn't hear the first part so I was like "what? jump out the window" so I did just that LOL.

And then yea I jumped down, hit a car, the alarm went off and all the zombies came. The other guy playing with me had to jump down too along with the rest of the team and it was just a HUGE massacre LOL. Everyone died including all my teammates... except me... the cause of the problem LOL. And after it calmed down, I just casually walked over to the safe house LOL END OF LEVEL.

For me it has always been the intro to Mega Man 2. That scan up with the music building, seeing Mega with his helmet off at the top of the tower, hair blowing in the wind and the "beat" drops. Probably best intro ever.

When i was playing the recent Mortal Kombat game against my older brother. We were playing test your luck. It's like slots except that each one depicts either a buff or debuff. I had terrible luck which served as a handicap for my brother. He won a round, then i did, and on the third round I got hit by an X-ray which took most of my life. Then I got into the zone and started pulling out all these combos and won in the end. lol he was so mad he just said "Im done" while I put my fist in the air and proceeded to do use my victory cry.

Another time was when i was playing Star Wars Battlefront and got approx. 72 kills and only 3 deaths.

This is the best:
I was playing against my friends at Mario Kart 7 during lunch at school. I don't have the game so I was stuck with default (shy guy + kart) and had to find out the controls on my own. My 2 friends had the game so they got the fast vehicles and practice to help them kick my ass. I did suck the first few times I played but slowly got better. Maybe around the 3rd or 5th week of playing with them I was doing quite well reaching third or fourth thanks to my 2 friends always getting first or second. Then one day we played Rock Rock Mountain. I had default and my friends were playing as their over powered vehicles as usual. I dont remember the details but I remember my friend (she got top rank in every CC and mirror mode) screaming as I got first place. As I was nearing the finish line on the last map she was screaming "No no no no no!" and I won. my other friend was laughing lol. The "noobie" who didn't have mario kart 7 beat her two friends who did have it. Two years later and my friend still can't accept it. >:)

those are my epic moments that I can think of right now.
