Is running considered working out? I run often but I never hit the gym. Gym really isn't my thing, too much social interaction. (well where I went)

I'm fine with my stallion legs and chicken arms.

I keep active but I don't really consider it working out.

I run a few miles every other day and try to go on walks around the lakes where I live every night. Sometimes I don't. Sometimes I swim. Staying active helps me keep my energy up and my depression at bay, so my goals aren't related to weight loss or fitness.

I have just really started with the kettleworx out ( 3 weeks) I need to lose 56 pounds at least, I'm also eating healthier as well Got to get back into shape so I can cosplay Rinoa hopefully next year.

I know lots of girls who brag about eating whatever, drinking and never working out all while maintaining their figure but working out just makes you feel good, especially cardio stuff.

I used too. Then life happened and I got lazy. But I'm planning on picking it back up soon. I miss working out

Yes, I've almost always enjoyed sports, but nowadays I workout to combat chronic health issues and keep fit. Exercise is a great way to relieve uni stress too!
