It sucks hey, but like they say, if it doesn't kill you it'll make you stronger, although that can be hard to believe sometimes.

The saying can also be applied as exercise motivation not sure if it's always encouraging though!

One way to get motivated would be to think about the gains...as in those ROCK HARD ABS, or those SOFTBALL BICEPS, or even the SILVERBACK GORILLA BACK

I enjoy running regularly, but I really need to start implementing core and upper body in my workout.

It might actually be possible to snap my forearms if you really wanted to...

I do a Tai Chi form once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Gets the blood flowing.

I bother to exercise, but I really don't care about muscle so much as I care about my health enough to do it. I lost 20 lbs through fast walking, eating less, and getting up off my ass.

Since school started, I've been very hesitant to get out of bed and workout for an hour on the treadmill, however. Though I do walk my dog for 2 miles.

depends what you call working out. I usually ride my bike for leisure and to commute to work for a variety of reasons
- keep active
- relieve stress
- save money on public transportation
- scenery is much nicer and rewarding in a way

i wanted to start jump roping and jogging but i fail at that... I can barely jog a half mile

i'm really not the type of gym / weight lifting person. i don't like gyms because they don't make sense to me. why pay to do things you can do outside or in your home for free?
