Yup! Can't imagine my life without some form of exercise. For most of my high school life (and even into university) I was fat and out of shape. I'm definitely thankful that I started lifting as it helped me lose excess weight and also helped with my confidence / self esteem.

I hit the gym 3 times a week to do some weight lifting and time on the eliptical trainer. I walk or do some other exercise the other days of the week.

I go to the gym every now and then tho (so I can eat more sweets)
Once I was gonna spend like at least an hour working out but then I felt faint so I stopped .u.
Clearly the universe doesn't want me exercising
But I'm planning to be more determined. I feel embarrassed when I'm already panting and sweating affer running for 10 minutes

I played soccer and field hockey before college, I still play some soccer but mainly I jog, bike and my new favorite exercise is the rowing. I lift weights when I can.

Wow I didn't think this many people cared about fitness o.o

But that aside, yes I have started up working out again (been in a rut for awhile), been doing "Insanity" every day for almost 2 weeks now :3 Didn't do Insanity when I used to work out, before I did Just Dance 3, some cardio workout videos, and I had gym/swimming for a semester in school lol. I get the motivation from some friends, boyfriend, and some family who are deciding to get fit this year too.

Working out really lifts my mood and makes me feel good on both the inside and the outside. A year and a half ago I was very unhappy with myself but since then have lost almost 70 pounds ^_^ I'm less than 10 pounds away from being in my healthy bmi range for my height, and my health really means a lot to me now. Since I started this adventure I have really trained myself not to overeat (which was my problem before) and have gained much self-confidence that I didn't know I had.

Good luck to those who work out, let me be that motivation *^*

i work out on my own i hate the gym so i run sometimes up hills or with 40 lbs of weights and people are noticing the new me sadly they wanna work out with me but give up after a little while
