Yeah woke up at 5am to do cycling today , I usually work out 1 time in the morning if I can wake up and 4-5 hours at night

Aye, I do weight lifting from monday to friday and play football (soccer) three times a week. It's the only way I can fall asleep at a decent hour.

I am a sports otaku. I love running and going to the gym. I run so much that my legs get sometimes hurt so about 90-100km per week. Running would be an exellent hobby if you never got any injuries. My personal records>15,17km on terrain 55.46, 10km on highway 34.39, 2km on terrain 6.09, 1500m on track 4,20.

yes i lift weights a lot and cardio 2 times a week lifting is a part of me now
