From what the polls say, there's quite a bit of people who work out, and that's awesome (wasn't expecting that, haha). But yeah I do workout, tryna get some quad and hammies gains, cause my legs are small. Also trying to get that ass rounder. I think it looks good now, but it can be perfected. Also I want some sexy ass delts ^___^ soon soon!

I've never been super into sports or anything (i've always wanted to be but no matter how much i practiced and played in middle school/high school, it just never seemed to be for me :c ) but I've always wanted to be someone who runs races and 5k's and stuff. Sadly, I've been super busy with work and school so I never get the chance to really work out. I just eat healthy and keep in the best shape I can with my schedule. I'm not overweight, but I'd like my body to be more toned

Be my training partner

As for quads and hammies, Bulgarian split squats + single leg Romanian Deadlifts work wonders (those Eastern Europeans lol). Everyone loves to be all gung ho about barbell back squats and conventional deads (often lifting too heavy just for ego's sake), but in my experience split squats and RDLs are better for specific growth.

I go hiking at least 4 times a week and now that there's snow, I've been skiing and snowshoeing when I get the chance.

I used to do 50-100 sit-ups daily for two whole months, but then I realised that those are not really what I need in order to get my body in shape. Unfortunately, I am too lazy to get invested in any other physical activities.

damn good dedication right there.

i workout 5 days a week.
mon-wed-fri is my sprint day.
tue-thur is my jog day
i train boxing 5 times a week and lift weights 5 times a week
100 pressups-situps-squats-crunches a day.
than sat and sunday off.
