I lock it up inside and develop a brain tumor. I figure cancer would make all my problems seem a little trivial. Barring that, I guess I just solve whatever problem is stressing me out?

Use to have to do anger management until I started boxing to help my anger an working out.
Which then lead to me becoming a trainer to help others in my situation

I am pretty good at just being cool and happy, no matter what these days I just don't get angry/stressed (I have plenty a reason to I just don't) I think my general mind set by default is just to be happy no matter what (I may not look happy, I may look tired or annoyed but I am really happy)

Agree with cookieguy117.

I usually can't help but come up with worst case scenarios if I'm stressed because I don't get stressed as much as I used to, so I don't know HOW to deal with it. Stress balls come in handy, I know that.

I get angry more easily than stressed because any repetitive thing could piss me off. But I'm not angry for very long, and if I look like I'm going to murder someone, the feeling will go away in a few minutes, then I don't care.

Anger - I just watch it pass through, best thing for me.

Stress - Stress balls! :DD

anger: exercise or very low level selfharm

stress: piano or exercise.

that's IF i choose to 'kinda' deal with it instead of denial, where it's more likely i just go to sleep

I don't get particularly angry or stressed, especially not relating to real life events as I tend to just be polite to everybody I meet and not delve too deep into peoples personal issues.

I do get frustrated in online games, chatrooms and forums though but I think it's much easier with the barrier between and having to assume you can understand a persons personality perfectly through their attempts to speak.

For instance I'm relatively opinionated and if I'm relaxed I will swear a lot, as is my nature in person (given the correct surroundings), but this can be misconstrued quite easily on the internet and I can make enemies fast, without even intending to.

As for being genuinely angry and stressed though, I really do live a stress free life, and I'm great at not caring about what ignorant people think about my appearance, so that doesn't get me down either.

If I get really angry I try to avoid people and I simulate me going ape sh!t on the people I'm angry at in my head, and then I call down.

Music will heal just about anything. I always listen to music when I'm upset or stressed. I can imagine it now. I put on my headphones and crank up the tunes to Filter "Watch The Sun Come Out Tonight". You guys/gals need to Google that song, and thank me later.

Chillstep, it's a music genre that just chills me to the bone and makes me think everything is better than it is.

You always have to think that no matter what, life can only get as hard as you make it
