One of my technique is that i am unwinding my self through drinking alcohol and going to peaceful place ,in fact as an mystery shopping professional my job was full of stress even thought i am just having a survey in a store and look's what they are doing ,but then i am learning in it cause business really need a good customer service cause many people are angry if they are not serve very well.

Honestly a lot people say "count to 10" or "hit a pillow" amongst other things that do NOT work I mean I used to be really bad with temper between the ages of 9-16 but I never wanted to "fix the problem" it just happened slowly over time whenever I used to get a greeting it would go like this
(person)"hey how are you" (Me)"what the f**k do you want".....not very chilled at any time of the day but honestly I feel Video games/Rugby helped a little but it was mostly fixed by just growing up (i am not a head doctor so I don't truly know what happened in my head)

I clean. & since i'm always stressed, my home is always clean. thank god for living with messy ppl or i'd lose my mind. haha

I've adopted the "shouganai" way of thinking.
As weeaboo as that sounds (if you consider the fact that its considered a culture shock from Japan), I actually had a really bad break up with the main factor being my actions of the time. Not to say that I am not prone to anger, but that break up changed me; I was in a (more than a little) heated discussion and I found that I literally can't even raise my voice at someone without my voice faltering.

So, I just try to take a deep breath and let things go, and I don't let things bother me.

Nobody's ever accused me of living a particularly healthy lifestyle.
I'm frequently under stress, but I don't get angry very often. I'm more likely to just brood and shut everyone out when that occurs.
