Workout, watch tv, punch a wall, listen to some post rock,read a book and just try to remember that everything will work out at some point in our life.

When I'm feeling stressed out or aggression I would listen to music. . . Music that puts you in a good vibe, Music that you had a good memory
about.
For example I went too the Final Fantasy Orchestra in ATL Georgia, I really enjoyed the music being played. Everything was just a beautiful symphony of music. It made me forget the entire day of stress, anger, sadness. . .~
I would just pop in the final fantasy orchestra sound track, close my eyes, and try to remember how calm and wonderful the event was.

Music is just a wonderful cure in my opinion. Not the ultimate solution, but a way to endure what we have to go through in life.

Go to the gym or listen to music and If it is nice out I just sit outside with some coffee for awhile

I listen to music, I fluff up my cat, I draw, I try to do some crafts. Try to find a way to take my mind off of it until it isn't as big of a problem as I thought it was.

If it's really bad I'll try to find someone I trust to talk it out with. (Bless my grandmas heart for answering the phone after I work a night shift.. I don't think I'd answer the phone at 1am).

Going to the gym sometimes helps or even just a walk.

Take a very cold water shower, eating ice as my habit, drink many energy drinks, sodas like coke and other cold beverages, ice cream, frozen yogurt to cool my head and my body. put my earphones and watch my favorite anime and hear my favorite songs in max volume, play games on my pc for 12 hours or more to forget everything.

If the weather is sunny and the temperature outside is >30 degress celsius (>90 degress F) plus stress, frustration, and anger= CHAOS on your mind

Not going to lie, I do this sometimes too :)
But most of the time I just listen to music or watch anime.

I've worked on self control when it comes to anger so it's almost never an issue. I like stress and look forward to it. I'm very lazy so I get things done faster and efficiently when I'm under a stressful situation.

More than likely someone already said it, I workout. I used to be really short temper. What change that was,my track coach told me to work out before going to sleep. I would get out of work at 11pm and just head to the gym. There is hardly anyone at the gym at that time, its perfect. I would work out 2 to 3 hours. Boxing and running about 5 miles a days. It really does wonder, It helps a lot.

By getting through all of the obstacles with friends.

There's no way in hell that I could do this 26 credit hours of college if I was alone all the time.
