I have bipolar and depression. So I have huge mood swings. I can't deal with life normally... so I am on medication. But people on here do have some good ideas.

With anger issues like mine, it's just best to go all out and punch stuff. Don't think, just destroy. Punching people helps too.

Sleep, watch T.V. or anime, and milling around the internet (not really the correct phrase, but it gets the point across). These are things I would much rather do than deal with what's going on, since trying to deal with things just causes me to stress out even more.

Usually I go to my Judo club and get a solid work out. Something about throwing the hell out of people or choking someone really is therapeutic, especially when you're allowed to do it. It's actually promoted lol Afterwards, I'm usually much calmer and centered. It makes handling the issues I had before I walked in easier to deal with and talk about.

If class isn't being held, I clean the holy hell out of my room/house.

I usually put in an Anime to watch or play Video Games! Sometimes change some of my figmas / nendoriods poses and stuff.
