I either hit things to the point of near bleeding or sleep.
I don't normally get angry easily but when I do, I get destructive. It's kind of a burden.

I'm learning how to cope with stress in my psychology class! Unfortunately we haven't gone in depth
with the stressor/coping area yet.
Aside from scientific methods of coping,

I pull up a mantra, meditate on it and inhale and exhale at the spot.

It takes a lot of skill to be able to do that, and im still novice at it.

But let me just tell you the progress of making things work when you want it really bad.
Good luck to all stressed out (specifically STUDENTS) souls out there!

It's kind of dumb, but I sort of let it all out and let myself have a good cry.

I learned in a science class a while back that the tears produced by your body pulls out the negative chemicals that your brain makes when it's stressed out. That's why people usually feel a catharsis after they cry. Anyway, I can think a lot more clearly and make much more rational decisions after I cry.

Music, games, and when all else fails, my brother will notice and always get me to laugh it off somehow. It is good to have friends or family that can always make you laugh even when you want to go on a murder spree.

I use it to play games or build things.

Well, good for you. You can deal with it your way, but I like to let it all out. Bottling it up isn't healthy, and neither is substance abuse.

Don't take things so literal, I though the happy face would show the sarcastic nature of my response.

I agree crying healthy but I'm not quite sure what substance abuse has to do with anything ?
