Okay so back at the beginning of the month I, the first day of the month (August) I created a topic to figure how I would respond to email from the Crunchyroll support team. Email which I get because I sent a support ticket through Contact Us option on the Crunchyroll website. I was told that I could reply to the email like any other email. So thats what I did, seven days later and no response so I thought "Maybe this is not the way to respond to the support. I searched the Crunchyroll site up and down looking for a way to respond to messages/tickets I sent and a way to respond to them but could not find a way. So I created another ticket/message in the same way, through the site, and this time I explained my problem and what questions I was already asked. I got a quick response the next day in my email, the response was a question. I was frustrated to find that I had to respond to the message again because I had no idea how to. So I just tried the email back directly way, even though I already knew that the last time I did that I didn't get a response. It has been 29 days now since my second message/ticket respons to Crunchyroll support and nothing I can make a third one and this time make sure to include all the info they may or may not ask for, my question now that I have explained my situation is how can I successfully respond to a message sent to me from Crunchyroll Support?

TL:DR: How to respond to messages from Crunchyroll support? and no "replying the email like you would any other email: did not work, already tried it twice!

I want to delete my account. This is for kdrama please delete my account I deleted my account a number of times the same day. I have notifiedthe proper agencies already.

When you sent the email, did you make sure to include the original message? Those usually include some kind of tracking number to make sure the new message is associated to the correct ticket.

This is a long-shot, but did u check to make sure that the messages didn't go to your Spam inbox?

I don't think u need to notify anyone to delete your account. U should be able to do it yourself here: http://www.crunchyroll.com/nuke
