Gotta love swimsuits. I have this one, too. Although this one was made by Kotobukiya.

I'm more for the Medieval themed Figures myself, that way I don't look like some crazed pervert.

That is, until I started making Mobile Suit Models.....now I look nerdy enough to have anything on my desk, as long as robots outnumber it.

If I recall correctly, I clocked in at roughly 24-25 hours to complete chapter 1, while only 5-10 hours for each consecutive chapter. I haven't beaten chapter 1 yet for my second playthrough as I've been much too busy to indulge in the time vampire that is JRPGs, so I can't say if I just afk'd in Chapter 1 overnight or if it legitimately took that long. Personally, I think I just left the game running overnight and that made up for a good portion of that 60 hours.

I decided to run Milla. So far, I've been playing for 3 hours, and I just cleared Bermia Gorge, and I'm at level 39. Spending Grade and skipping cutscenes makes the game go MUCH faster.

I gotta get that game....it sounds so fun.

Yeah, second playthroughs always go by sooooo much faster. Especially in the JRPG's, knowing how to properly farm, level up, and fight does that to a playthrough.

I've been re-running Dark Souls on New game plus. Dear GOD I'm hating my current situation. I'm spawning at the Ceaseless Discharges Bonfire, and I'm trying to run for Sen's Fortress. Problem is a Gravelord has infected my world and he's camping himself in the Undead Parish, so I've got an overpowered Red Phantom version of a Steel Knight guarding the Blacksmiths bonfire, after a 30 Minute run from the previous bonfire.....

it's absurd! I could go around but NOBODY wants to go around! You gotta run straight through! No Detours!

Ok, it was 49 to clear Jude, 10 more hours to clear Milla. Total for both runs @ 59 hours. I didn't beat the optional boss to unlock the Devil's Arms. No real reason to. I'm not really into post-game content. Once I've beaten a game, it's time for a new game.

Finally managed to find a copy of Tales of Graces F. How is this thing still $60, btw? I feel like I kinda got screwed on the price, but oh well. Will be playing the shit out of this for the next few days, so if you don't hear from me for a while... that'd probably be why

Honestly, I think Graces was better than Xillia. Xillia got a lot of hype, and even a direct sequel, but it's not the best. Granted, it's still an excellent game, but probably somewhere in the middle of Tales game rankings. I think the best were Symphonia and Vesperia.

The Link system was overly simple. I think they could've put more thought into that, and the Lilium Orb, also. It used to be that long combos required moves in a specific order. You'd get a few basic attacks to auto-string (like 3-5), then a normal Arte, then you HAD to follow with an Arcane arte, then something else. You weren't just given 7 AC to spend however. And there were skills that let you link Artes in a different order. You couldn't just mash out Talon Storm (or whatever it was called) over and over until you won the battle.
