Yoga, Martial Arts, and Eating Healthy.

If you can fill your time with enough things to do that impact your life in a positive manner you'll find yourself moving on more quickly. Whether it's a breakup or losing a job you'll be back on your feet faster if you're healthy and happy. I have never once heard anyone describe their dream employee or spouse as "unhealthy, unmotivated, and mopey".

That is a hard question to tackle, really. Everyone has their own methods.

My usual tried and true method is... hate the person. Transfer all your good feelings into negative ones and loathe them.

If you can't do that.. then try distractions, time, friends, and realize you meant less to the person than they meant to you.

Your results may vary.

You should always avoid contact with them though if you actually want to let them go.
Constantly seeing them or speaking with them will just keep tearing the scabs off your wound.
Maybe after all is good again you can try to be friends... Might work, might not.

You take your fingers, then you uncurl them when they're wrapped around an object, and then that object your fingers were keeping locked against your palm just drops right out.

Check ehow.com or search youtube for video tutorials if you need more help.

See, the key is to take your fingers OFF the thing that you don't want to be holding anymore.

You gotta do the 21 days. For that period of time, don't answer her/his texts, calls, emails, FB posts or notes, DO NOT ANSWER ANYTHING! Delete pictures, or make someone else do it because it's pretty emotional. Oh, and try not to listen to music, why? Because it might remind you of things you both did and stuff like that :/

this one.

People gets into a habit after doing a routine for at least two weeks.

Yup, it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. A friend of mine did that one, believe me, she was not enjoying those days. After that, she was a total new person. Girls are tough, seriously man.

Go for a run or go to boxing practice and burn off some steam... Try to keep my self busy, either working out, video games, or head to barnes and noble and pick up a new book.

I don't "let go," I bury it and let it pile up as it gets worse and worse.

If I get frustrated, I too like to watch some anime! Doesn't really have to be anime, just tv in general, because you can just sit there and enjoy the show and you'll forget what was ruffling your feathers

If you choose to do an activity where you can fail or encounter criticism or stress, then it could end up making the issue worse.

It's rather simple, if it were me, I'd simply cut the person who "hurt" me out of my life, then carry on with my day. There's no way I'd harp over somebody who isn't even worth my time.
