I picked up roadside garbage during High School for the city.

Then a large stint of unemployment and a squandered higher education.

Got a regular job at Fred Meyer(Kroger) working customer service in the Home/Garden Center at age 22.

Another large stint of unemployment along with some freelance videography jobs and some work with an indie video game.

In 2012 I worked at a publishing company that sells training packages for corporations about Lean/Kaizen (Japanese workplace efficiency principles). I did shipping, customer service, and edited training videos.

I'm now working with a friend of mine, as co-owner of a video production company as well as an expanded role in the aforementioned independent video game (we're getting a release on Steam, so it will be getting pretty busy for me soon).

Which game? Maybe I'll check it out.

It's an online turn/menu based RPG like the old Final Fantasy's and Dragon Quest's called "NEStalgia"

Interesting. Might check out when I have some time.

I used to have a job where I had to change my shoes at my desk when I got to work then go through armed security. Then I had to go back to my desk and change shoes for break. After break, I had to change my shoes and go through security until I had to come back to my desk for lunch and change my shoes. After lunch, I had to change my shoes and go through security then come back and change my shoes for break. After break, I had to change my shoes to go through security until it was time to go back to my desk and change my shoes to go home. So, officially, the part of my job that I could talk about was changing my shoes. Also, my chair was comfy.

Either you were a terrorist, or you worked for the FBI, ooh ooh or maybe you worked at Area-51 XD

I worked at a place where If you didn't let me pat you down (aka Cop-a-Feel) Then you couldn't go through my gate. The odd mart is that nobody notices just how easily people are aroused O_O

13-14: after school teacher's aid. did grading papers, copies, and cleaned up a room for a 1st grade teacher who was new to the school. got the job because she asked my 7th grade teacher if there was anyone trustworthy at the school, thus I got first picked.

18-21: U.S. Army, supply SGT for a QM unit in Wetumpka, AL.

Current: work as a secretary/maintenance worker at a private solar plant that is 10 minutes from where I live. Got this job after I completed my internship with them that was required for my certificate for Solar Maintenance Level 1. I actually love this job since I get paid a lot over minimum wage, my boss is really flexible, and I get asked to work overtime from time to time.

Right now, I'm a medic in the oilfield. I've just enrolled in University to try and get my BA in English, so I can teach overseas :)

In the past, I have been a bartender, waitress, night auditor at a hotel, smoothie maker, and a cashier at McDonalds XD At one point I even kept 3 of those jobs at the same time, and worked 24 hours straight a few times...!

I worked my ass off doing multiple minimum wage jobs. Now, I sit on my ass all day and get paid way better lol

I worked for a large mortgage company in the state of Michigan as an application developer. It was my first real job out of college and, due to the mortgage industry taking a dive, I lost my job after only four months. Now I'm enjoying a nice, challenging job at a software development company that focuses on architecture in the healthcare and insurance industries.
