Season 3 Episodes 1,2 are having serious buffering issues. I start up Attack on Titan and there's no problems

I'm also having a problem, specifically with the new episode (The World God Only Knows: Goddesses Episode 11). I'm getting horrible pixelation and and slow streaming, along with the voices not matching the video. This is quite a big problem for me because I don't know if it's going to happen with all simulcasts or just this one. I haven't been able to hit a simulcast on the money until today so please fix this ASAP.

Update: Probably should move this comment to another thread now. I'm also having the same problem on PC as well, along with constant freezing and "skipping" of the video, similar to a CD skipping.

I had the same issue. I found that it was my router. I went into my router config and set the DNS Preferred to 208.67.222.222 and the ALT to 208.67.220.220. I did the same in my local connection (TCP/IPv4)

I found instructions for doing this on https://store.opendns.com/setup/

I think I spent at least 4 hours focused on troubleshooting my computer when it was the router the whole time =/. Now I'm viewing on 1080 full screen without a single hic-up. Good Luck.

I'm not having anymore problems after switching those around. Thanks, John731! Sorry it took me so long to respond, Bjaker. I wanted to wait a few weeks to see if it was really fixed or if it was just short term. I'm all good. ^.^

I had already tried to contact you about this issue and we never resolved it.

As it stands, I was able to watch the episodes I couldn't watch through the computer via PS3, two episodes at a time because the app kept crashing or causing system freezes.

Point is, I still was able to watch it, but they are still 'broken' via computer. And since watching them was what I wanted, I guess I don't really need the assistance. But thanks, anyway.

This is probably why you're encountering issues.
I'm assuming you're using a proxy to access content, which we don't really support.
We do not have the rights to stream most of our content in Japan due to non-competition clauses in our contracts.
That being the case, the servers you're streaming from via proxy are either based in the US (so not close to you at all) or are in Japan and do not have cached versions of the shows.

But how does this explain why I am able to encounter no problems with certain shows, but problems with others in which two episodes will work and then 5 of them will not work at all?

Also, why am I able to watch other 'streaming' services like Netflix or Amazon Instant with no problems?

And you are correct, I use a VPN service because I live overseas on a US military installation and it is the only way I can get access to shows I would like to watch.

I am not trying to cause problems, of course, but am merely curious.

I apologize, but we do not support users who are making use of a VPN to watch shows that we do not have the rights to stream in their region.
