Hello all,

I've just subscribed to Anime Premium via Apple TV as I was keen on watching Attack on Titan, but for some reason, it does not show up on my Apple TV app or my iOS app, I can only stream it via the webpage.

Anyone has any idea why this could be so?

Hi,

Just to be sure, have you checked the mature content setting in your profile? It should be under https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=video

The other question would be about your region, since most shows are only available in certain areas. I'm hoping it's just the mature problem, though.

Yeah it's really bizarre, the settings are correct, but for some reason AoT just doesn't show up on Apple TV or IOS. I am in Singapore, and I'm currently using a VPN service to access programs like Hulu, Netflix and Crunchyroll, and I have no problems with Hulu or Netflix, so I'm thinking it's not a region thing? Not sure..
