BlazBlue: Alter Memory would be awesome! ^^

It's available via FUNimation and hulu

Personally, I'd also like to see all of the Higurashi seasons added. It's very sad that most people are missing out on the far better second season of it. NIS licensed umineko, maybe we'll be lucky and they'll license Higurashi later.

I'd also like to see anime films and OVAs getting added in a higher frequency.

If we're going with future things:
Maybe the 2014 Sailor Moon, (the obviously will be licensed anyway) Saki: Zenkoku-hen, and (the hopefully gets released) Magical Suite Prism Nana

How about older anime, the licensing can't be too much for classic anime

This. There's too many classics that are great, but stopped being available in English after the VHS era.
My copy of Gude Crest and Princess Minerva aren't even watchable. I can't imagine how most people's 80s anime collections are holding up..

Evangelion. Only option (legally I suppose) is buying the DVD, but those go for a premium nowadays. Though I wouldn't mind paying 100+ for it if I knew it was good, I'd rather catch a few episodes to see if it's worth the hype and go from there.

From the current season, I'd like to see Crunchyroll pick up Kyousougiga, Yozakura Quartet, and Pupa. They still might, considering that they've picked up some shows late into a season before, and Pupa hasn't started airing yet.

Some "older" stuff that I'd like to see on Crunchyroll includes Macross Frontier, Macross Zero, and Hellsing Ultmate.

Though not available outside of the United States (and maybe Canada) One Piece and Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl are available on hulu.
It would be nice if Madman Entertainment made One Piece available to stream for those in Australia, though.

A select number of One piece episodes are also available on funimation's websites for it:

It seems like NIS America is choosing to stream their licenses through hulu. So we may see umineko no naku koro ni on there soon as well (they recently added season 1 of yuru yuri)

One for their back catalogue - I would be very interested if they picked up Kindaichi case files - yes, it's old, but I love Detective Conan (Case Closed) and this looks very similar, albeit quite a bit darker. No one's picked up the anime either, as far as I can see, and I think I'd lose lot of hours to it
