I just signed up for the free trial, so far i have been loving the site. But now when i watch anything on any quality the video stutters and lags for no reason.

My internet connection is a 250/250mb/s Fio (31MB/s)

Computer is a high end machine. 16gig's ram etc with no issues on other high quality streaming websites.

Edit: Would like to add that when i pause and wait 5-10 minutes it works again for a little while (Not a buffering issue)

Gonna be put this simply and bluntly for you, at the time of the day the most users are watching anime, streaming gets slow and freezes people whilst watching it.

Nothing need be put simply nor bluntly. I run my own hosting company and well aware how servers run under a heavy load, But a confirmation that it is indeed the servers is all i really wanted.

So it wasn't just me or my Internet...but CR's servers. Recently, this happened to me on some videos like Digimon that I've been watching.

I am having difficulty streaming anything from 2PM to 2AM. It just stutters and won't playback the video properly.

It is not a problem on my end, I've duplicated this same thing on a different computer, different internet, and three separate web browsers. I have no issues streaming video from any other provider.

I did, but I don't see how they can do anything for me since it isn't on my end. I've done probably more on my end then they'd likely suggest.

I sent the info, there are not any problems on my end. I can only assume the server cannot handle the load. These were all done when there was issues streaming.

Still having problems, with no solution actually offered. Pretty sure it is the CDN that are the problem. The only time stuff seems to play fine is during obscure hours.

This problem isn't new, it's been happening ever since Crunchy rolled out 1080P support (and even before then 720p had issues occasionally). Complaining about it doesn't really get anything done, CR support probably already knows that there is an issue but I guess the problem is that it's kinda hard to find a quality CDN these days, plus the crazy amount of work it would take them to transfer.

I once had 1 Gbps fiber on hand and I could tracert the CR CDN's in 6 and 8 hops, respectively, with less than 18ms ping time until I hit the CDN where the packets would vanish.

I am not complaining, I am referencing what the issue is. Support stopped communicating after they received the information which showed the problem wasn't on my side. There hasn't been anything mentioned that there is a problem and when it will be rectified.

Howdy! Was waiting to hear back from our Operations Team.

At this point there are unfortunately no further steps that we can take to resolve your issue at this time.

However, we would like to let you know that issues you are encountering have been known, and we are actively working on multiple solutions to provide you a better streaming experience in the future. We are currently working to enhance our Flash Player, so as to remedy the playback problems described.

We are also adding additional CDNs to help provide more robust serving, and a physically closer servers to your PC for when you do stream our content.

Our Operations Team is hard at work to bring you these enhancements in the near future, and we again appreciate your patience as we work on improving your connectivity experience. In the meantime, if you have a mobile, console, or set top box device you may experience better connectivity when watching our content through a Crunchyroll app.

Thank you for supporting Crunchyroll, as well as the Anime Industry. Please let me know if there is anything at all I can further assist with.

Regards,
-Baker
